Presumably hiding from one another behind boro players when the other has the ball and forcing the player in possession to just smack it up the park. Bruce shouldn't be in charge for Boro IMO, he's had ample opportunity to create a team that isn't completely outplayed by every decent footballing side it meets. Brentford can pass a football, they have players that offer an easy option for who is on the ball, they appear to have worked on their first touch and pattern of play. The question for Bruce would be, after a year, why the **** do we not possess any of those attributes the Brentford have? A player by player inferior Brentford that totally did a number on us at home again. How are we a better team now than when he arrived? The defence which was to be fair the first positive of his reign looks poorly organised to me and has done all season. We've sold Baker too FFS. I have zero confidence in Bruce sorting these long standing problems out, he's had his chance and most people would agree the squad is good enough to challenge for automatic promotion, even if it's a little heavy on the right backs.

It's not seven games though is it? He's had all but 11 games of last season, a pre season, 2 transfer windows AND these 7 games. It's not knee jerk is it? He's had a year and we are truly awful. Brentford totally schooled us AGAIN at home. Only one team on that pitch knew how to play football, and it definitely wasn't us. Our players were arguing with each other whilst they passed rings around us. We had 1 shot on target, if Tony acts now I don't think he could be accused of rashness personally, Bruce has had a LOT of time to get us to a stage where we are not totally humiliated by Brentford.

Bruce needs to tell us why this expensive group of proven talent at this level and above get totally schooled by Brentford at home. Their first touch, their movement, all the football basics were way above ours. How can that be and there be any decent level of coaching at BMH?

Time will tell, but as of right now, we were stronger with Baker than without IMO. In the future I think both Clark and Baker will prove to be far better than the amount of abuse they got whilst they were here might lead you to believe.. Baker is better than Samba or Elphick for me.

For the last 15-20 mins maybe, and even then we didn't make one clear cut chance. We were poor tonight if we're going for promotion. We were ok if we're trying to scrape the play-offs. Bruce needs points and fast.

To be fair to them in the final third they played much better football than us, and used the ball better until about 75 mins in when we decide it was ok to pass it to another villa player.
