    Best thing we could do now is hire are next manager right now as everyone seems to be sure we have interviewed a few surely RL knows who is second choice. Otherwise this conference tonight could make us look bad.

    Been impressed with moldes attacking ability. Around the box they have very good effective passing.

    1st half was ok, you could see molde were trying the passing game but the pitch isnt great. they have had some decent attacks. molde have a forward that gets caught offside more than bent.

    Obviously id get rid of a lot of players and also the whole coaching system needs to be changed but straightaway get some scouts sent out across the world this is something that has been very poor for ages at villa

    Martinez or lambert are the realistic choices for me. Both need to be backed and given a few seasons to change the squad round. I know people are saying martinez has a low points tally but because wigan have such limited money and always have to sell any half decent players i believe it would be hard to get consistency and thats why he performs better at the end of the season.

    Woke up so happy knowing the season was over and im on holiday but to read mcliesh sacked as well is brilliant all of a sudden im excited about avfc again.     We saw the exact same thing last season where gary mac was saying houllier is planning for next season and is looking forward to it. I think its 50-50 if he goes. Unfortunatley were not going to attract big managers but what worries me is by the time we act (if we do get rid) martinez will be at wba and lambert signing a contract extension. Mcleish out NOW

    The reason heskey has played so well recently because all we do is hoof. The size of heskey he should be getting flick ons. He is a poor player and has been all his villa career.
