LoughboroughLion
Not sure whether this should be an extension into the 'any good tv programs' thread, but seeing as Breaking Bad has its own topic, I feel FNL should. I have just finished watching all of the series, and I absolutely loved it. I like tv shows from America much more than British ones; I loved Entourage and thought Breaking Bad was good for the first three series but I got a bit bored after that. With FNL though, I thought the full 5 series were great. Has anybody else seen it and if so what do you reckon?
hogso
Is it like footballers wives but American football
LoughboroughLion
Not really, a lot of it based around the coach and it's more to do with the sport of American Football. Apparently, 'it uses a small town backdrop to address many issues facing contemporary American culture, including school funding, racism, drugs, abortion, and lack of economic opportunities.' Its not very in your face with that shit though. Certainly not a women's drama by any means, or at least I didn't think so.

Stevo985 Posted June 1, 2013 VT Supporter Share Posted June 1, 2013 Just started season 5 myself. It's really good. Nosedives a bit in season 2, understandably, but the rest of it is top stuff.
