lexicon Posted December 2, 2014 Share Posted December 2, 2014 I don't think we should be messing about with No 2's like Keane and Sherwood, just need to get in an experienced Assistant who knows what he's doing doesn't have to be a 'name'. I'd agree with that - a proven coach and good motivator would be great. Not somebody with one eye elsewhere and looking to move their way up as soon as possible.
