    We have no money to sign players. We have no manager to sign players. I'd like to know where you get the information there is no money to sign players? It's been said enough times over the past few days that although there is not a permanent manager in place signings can still be made.

    **** me.... we were world beaters last week and now we had a good half bar a couple of mistakes, been the better side and life is over to half the people on here. Jeez even the geordie loving commentators have said Villa have been better.

    He was described by Ian Holloway as the most technically gifted player in the squad in Blackpools programme notes for the Wembley play off final. He was probably there best player after Chalrie Adam. Maradona obviously hasn't been bothered to look into itthough so he's clearly not good enough for us. That's why we don't him as manager :winkold:

    True. Although I thought Bannan played really well I thought if he played closer to Heskey and gave him some support it would have been a lot more effective.

    Albrighton and Bannan looked class at times tonight. Very impressive. Think they were taken off at the right time as they seemed to look a little leggy. Defence looked shaky at set pieces. Vienna only got through our defence once which Guzan saved. Distribution was alright too from the back. Hogg was anonymous for the majority. Lichaj looked a little out of his depth.

    Hm, I don't really think anybody did anything wrong there tbh. Lichaj was the wrong side but I don't think it would have prevented the goal. Just unlucky the cross was straight in to the side of the goal and was quite powerful.

    I think KM will have the boys up for it. He will have given the kids and squad players something to fight for by saying everyone is starting a clean slate and this should keep the first teamers on their toes. It looked like the team were having a good time in the photos of training the other day too. I'm getting poitive vibes
