Thanks mate. What a save and so unlucky his defenders weren't on it, great keeper we are so lucky that arsenal are stupid.
Argentina players and not moving their arses name a better duo...
I wouldnt even let Messi near the team after the 3-0 loss to Croatia last WC. The attitude these players have is provoking. Not one of them tries to run after a potential rebound

Where do you guys get otherwise?
I just googled player ratings - have a look at Guardian and Evening Standard for example.
As a foreigner i mostly use sky and bbc. But i take your Word!

Wtach the Liverpool game. Grealish can too. We just don't do it regularly because he isn't the furthest player forward.
Yes, Grealish can too. However, then he also needs to do it before you can expect him to start in a position where it seems like Southgate prefer a goalscorer

Grealish is amazing on the counter. Probably the best player in the whole country.
And better than any of the other when the team is in possession.
I never said otherwise.
However, if you play the ball into open space, both Rashford and Sterling will get to that ball more often than Grealish. They are also both better at finishing
With Kane falling deep, Mount, Foden and Grealish prefer the ball in their feet the movement will be worse than if you replace one of the with Sterling or Rashford. And both of them play where Jack is the best, hence why its understandable he is the one benched. I think England would be way better with Grealish, but I understand Southgates reasoning.

I've denounced this too since moving to Wales - but will claim it for football only.
So if I use my Viking heritage I can claim to be English?
Then I will change my first of all!

First of all, I am not English.
Second of all, I love Jack and wants him all the best for England.
I dont think there is an agenda from Southgate or a dislike for him, I believe he simply believes that Grealish only suits a specific playstyle.
Today I could see the reasoning behind the starting lineup with Sterling and his pace. I dont think it worked out, and I felt Sterling was poor (even thou somehow he get an 8 because of the goal). Can also see the issue starting Kane, Mount, Foden and Grealish, since the movement can be lackful for all of them to shine. Southgate does not have an easy job, but I think Grealish, Kane and Mount should be dead certain on the team no matter what. However, I can also see the reasoning today with the respect given to Croatia (which is a bit unfounded, their team is really not great).

Gueye is Senegalese.
Veretout is French and got the most assists for us despite barely playing. 5 assists that season which is a pretty respectable figure for a Premier league player.
Thats true, just thought he was french aswell!
I think Veretout was still poor, even with his 5 assists. By far the worst of the 4 who came from the French ligue that summer. Amavia was the best LB in the league prior to the injury, Gueye and Ayew played ok.

Do we? Veretout and Amavi were both very good signings. Just a shame about the defenders we signed. Specifically Richards and Lescott.
I assume you mean Gueye and not Veretout? For Veretout barely played for us

Hopefully that's being looked into while terms etc are already sorted and it'll be a quick announcement once the WP is sorted.
After Brexit changed Work Permit rules, that had effect from 1. january 2021 he will get it easily.
He played 2 out of 7 international matches for Senegal who is ranked 22 on FIFA Ranking. Giving him 7 points in the new rule
He played 1594 minutes in League 1, giving him 7 points (Ligue 1 is in band 1, and he played 46,6% of the minutes this season)
Metz ended midtable in a band 1 league, which gives another 1 point
Then it seems like you are given 12 points if you were in the matchday squad in atleast one match in a domestic league in band 1.
Even without the last points he gets 15 points, which is the needed point for getting a work permit past Brexit.
These rules are a bit complicated, but players who play regulary in the band 1 leagues (PL, Serie A, La Liga, Bundesliga and Ligue 1) are almost autoqualified it seems like.

How much do you reckon King would cost? I have no idea!!
Do you think his club would make us pay around 15 or 20 million? He wouldn't be a free transfer now would he and even if he were I'm not sure he fits the mould any longer.
He is released by Everton when contract ends this month.

Doubt he will come, doesnt make sense.
He wants to play for our national team, our manager said he has to play regulary to be in the squad and lineup. In his competition with Haaland, Elyounussi, Thorsvedt and Sørloth he needs to be performing week in and week out to even be close to a place in the starting eleven. He will not get that here.
Has to be a spinoff from last year and the rumors then, he does not fit our profile, and we do not fit his need.

Very glad he seems ok!
I see some fans berate Mina on twitter now, its an accident which happens. So I hope everyone in here at least behave. Unlike those nasty Arsenal fans saying they hope he broke his neck etc... Glad they are being called out by their peers

I agree with many of your points, and I also believe Wood is alot more than many people believe he is. However I would categorize him as a target man.

Fight for 1-6. place.
I believe if we dont get Europe we will be dissappointed.

Again want to say how incredibly happy I am that we do not have a betting company as a sponsor...
Norwich fans are having a meltdown now over their new sponsor, BK8, and all the comments from their fans ring true.

ASM is great troll on Twitter, would be worth signing him just for that. So many Sunderland jabs om his timeline
-
I understand Norwich fans frustration, and right now frustration is overshadowing anything else.
So i dont understand our fans who posts there now, since at best it would be taken as condescendingly. Could at least wait a week before you do that. Would also wait until we actually signed him...
Him signing for us would be how we feel if Watkins signed for Everton
Most Norwich fans have been respectful on Twitter so i think their fanbase is good, albeit frustrated right now

Only thing they could claim is that Vidal touched it, but since Martinez saved it its not counted as a double touch. He cannot be in offside after he himself takes a penalty kick, neither can the other Chilean players.
Has to be handball they are yelling for I guess.
