    That gets you to the minimum value the club would need to even consider selling. As that's just his rae competitive value. Anything less and we have been robbed.

    100 million is 20 mil a year. Jack is worth more than that in prize money alone. Selling him for that fee would be dumb as ****.

    Just to put the fee into context. The prize money and merchandising we get for grealish playing for us is about 40 million. Is he worth -15 million pounds?

    Giannis wasn't at the end of a contract he still had a year left. To keep him Bucks had to go all in as most teams do to keep their superstars. Giannis saw that and signed an extension worth ~260 million

    Think of it like this 150 million is 30 million a year over a 5 year deal. Grealish is worth much more than that. Why would we sell for that much? Id want at least 200 million. And I'd probably still be upset with 250. **** City, they can't buy him.

    For me the thing is the only reason we are negotiating is if they come in with an absolutely stupid offer. Like 200+ million. Otherwise we shouldn't even consider selling.

    Yes his defence is meh. He plays with Mendy the 2nd best pure DM in the world behind Kante. Tielemans offers a lot more going forward.

    It isn't even close to justifying selling him. Yeah we will need to move on. Ideally after we have established ourselves as a top 6 team that can consistently attract top tier talent.

    No, for attackers that is very good. For Midfielders it isn't. 5 goals for a CB is meh/awful for a striker doesn't mean it isn't good for their position. McGinn needs to do a lot better if he wants to play.

    We got 40 something points in 23 games with him. That's guaranteed safety every season. And if he can stay fit (ideally if we actually manage his minutes so he doesn't play every minute all year) we'd definitely be top 6 and in contention for top 4.

    That's literally the prize money difference between 17th and 8th. Which is the difference between where we would finish with or without him.

    168 in 37 games worth of minutes or 4.54 per 90. Which is meh. Compared to 160 in 31 games worth of minutes fir Luiz. For 5.16 per 90. Which isn't great either but is a lot better than McGinn. McGinn is also awful in possession.

    Yes but he also has a much higher volume of success at all those things as well.

    4 being penalties. 6 goals from open play in 18 games worth of minutes. Literally could have scored have 15 minutes had he played twice as many minutes.
