    Thought we played really well. Would have scored another 2-3 on another day. Bit annoyed we can’t pick up a clean sheet at the moment. On another day Youri would be nailed on MOTM but we had prime McGinnesta today!

    Need 3 points tomorrow. With both Spurs and Newcastle losing we need to make the most of it. I think the team almost picks its self at the moment. Can’t wait to get JJ back among things.

    I thought that was a good performance. It’s hard to play against a team that just sit back and refuse to come out. We beat Warsaw in 3 weeks we top the group!

    Quite a nasty elbow to Watkins face. Not sure he knew the Villa player was there but still it’s a pretty heavy hit.

    I know many don’t rate XG but to think Forest scored two goals yesterday from 0.05 XG. Sometime you just have to conclude it just wasn’t our day. It’s so rare for Emi to throw a goal in like that and for us to pass up on so many chances.

    Almost impossible to pick one. I thought Tielemans played well when he came on. Pau controlled things well and was pretty good too.

    Can anyone explain picking Digne for MotM? He had a lot of the ball and did precisely nothing with it. Worst exhibition of crossing I’ve seen in sometime. He was one of the worst on the pitch for me. Along with Dougie and Zaniolo.

    Robbed by a shit Forest team who defended for the entire game. Luiz at fault for the first and Emi for the second. People will go on about how good Forest were. In reality we could have scored 4 in the second half alone and it would have been a fair representation of the game Any time we looked like trying to string a few passes together one of the Forest defenders would foul the Villa player and the ref didn’t give us anything! Summed up by Digne getting kicked in the chest and no one thinking it’s a foul.

    As far as I can see the ref didn’t give be a pen. So IF it wasn’t offside I assume there’s still a decision to be made.

    I’d consider changing the left side. Get both Bailey and Moreno on. Or maybe Tielemans for Zaniolo and get Diaby out wide on the left with an another body in midfield.
