Its still not encouraging a player to sign with us if we are going get rid of them instead of developing them here

Alternatively, it shows them that one way or another, by signing with us, we will help them find a path into first team football and a career, either here or elsewhere. By having come through our academy they might have access to more offers and chances than if they hadn't. Like going to a top university, rather than a rubbish one.

the guy was making potentially crippling tackles and was getting away with it.

Don't forget his signature move of body checking a jumping defender so that they fall dangerously.

GoFundMe pages already been set up to try and raise money for him by his supporters.

Here's something I haven't seen mentioned anywhere today. Kingswood will not be a constituency at the next election. 45% of it will be in the new North East Somerset and Hanham constituency

Does the North East Somerset seat seem a familiar name? It should do, Its Jacob Rees-Moggs seat, yes his seat is getting substantially more urban when it becomes North East Somerset and Hanham

DId no journalist see fit to ask him about this when he was talking shite this morning?

Traditionally, aren't urban voters more left wing when compared to rural counterparts? Wouldn't this hurt his chances of re-election?

Turns out the fractured finger needed surgery. Had the op yesterday and likely won’t be allowed any kind of lifting or a decent workout for a couple of months still. Going to have to do some heavy duty work in April and May now.

Some studies have suggested just exercising one side of the body will still benefit the unused side. Could you jump on machines and only use your good hand?

England won’t beat Scotland (our narrow blitz defence will get easily bypassed by Fin Russell), Ireland (let’s face it - we’ll get schooled for 80 minutes) or France (who despite stuttering so far, are still a better team than us)

England are far from being a cohesive unit with an identifiable gameplan. Our set plays are predictable and rarely pay dividends, with players panicking after 2 or 3 phases of play and opting to kick into space instead of resetting and going again.

Borthwick is channelling his inner Stevie G and relying on individuals producing a little bit of magic!

There are glimpses of positivity but that’s on the individual players and rarely on passages of play.

Borthwick is not the answer to making England a dominant force in world rugby - the third place at the World Cup is a complete misdirection in how we play rugby but has gifted him more time in the hot seat than his brand deserves.

Change Borthwick to Southgate and you could very easily be talking about English football and not rugby.

Hopefully Steve is actually a tad more competent than Gareth though. He has at least had some success at club level.

  7. Hopefully England adjust to the new defence set up sooner than later and can replicate the success SA had with it.

However, at the moment we're regularly leaving huge gaps for people to run through and counter.

Sousa can't play tonight because he wasn't part of the Plymouth squad for the original game against Leeds

Didn't realise that was a rule. Still good to see them on the TV.

Also, I've noticed they are charging extra for more films and series, on top of the regular subscription. Now I can understand it for current movies that are also showing in cinemas, but it used to be that, after a year or so, they'd go into the regular subscription catalogue. But now? True Detective S1 - ten years old, pay extra. Twin Peaks - 34 years old, FFS! - pay extra. Taking the piss.

My 6 year old has really gotten into Ancient Greek myths and has always liked adventure stories. I had the bright idea to let him watch the Harryhausen film Jason and the Argonauts a few weekends back. It was released in 1963 so is 60 year's old. Could only find it available on prime but they wanted £8 to buy it or £5 to rent. Sod that.

Right, we would need to do two wins better than a side that hasn't lost a single game in which they've kept 11 men on the pitch. And that isn't even Man City!

We would need to win pretty much every remaining game in the season, I think it's not unreasonable for the media to consider that so unlikely to happen it's not worth analysing too deeply.

It's worse than that. It'd be incredibly difficult and impressive to catch Liverpool, but we'd also need Arsenal and City to drop points.

We're not in a title challenge after our recent form. We're now in a fight for top 4.

If City didn't have 2 games in hand they would still be included

Possibly, but they have the recent history (of not only regularly winning the league but also being a lot better in the later stages of the season) for the media to fall back upon. The last time we even finished in the top 4 was 1996 which is nearly 30 years ago.

  11. We're 5 points off Liverpool in 1st who have an 11 goal better goal difference than us. Realistically it will be very hard to make that up seeing as though they and Arsenal are both averaging nearly 2.2 points per game.

City are being included as they have 2 games in hand and realistically are likely to be at least 4 points (if not 6) above us once they've caught up.

To win the league we would need to out perform all 3 of these clubs over the next 15 games and this was our first 'challenge' in over a decade.

I think it's fair for the media to not involve us when talking about the title race. I've not seen Spurs fans annoyed that the media isn't saying they could win it.

The crown prosecution could have probably taken him to court anyway,  with the evidence they had, audio and photos. Although the press coverage of it all would have made it difficult for him to have a fair trial.

It's quite common in domestic abuse cases for the victim to refuse to give evidence, for obvious reasons.

He would have thrown a team of very expensive lawyers at them, tying it all up for year's. With the main witness not only not being available anymore but now back with him the chances of a conviction are greatly reduced. They probably thought it wasn't worth spending all that money when they're already massively underfunded. Ridiculous whatever their thinking.

He isnt really around so much so jot sure he is proper inner circle. Undertaker, Brock, HHH, Hogan, Michaels, Cena maybe Randy Orton while speculating are probably the ones who might be worried

Whilst he isn't regularly there, he's always welcome and comes back every few years to go straight for a top tier match. He was also around for year's and these allegations could potentially go back decades (not with the one girl obviously) if more people come forwards.

HHH would be a weird one if he's involved seeing as though Vince is his father in law.
