Plus no fried bread - minus 3. Christmas Ruined.
Expensive bread from sainsbury's instead seeing as it's Christmas.

We substituted Scrooge for Arthur Christmas - a family favourite!
Great film, but the lad's watched it 4 times this December already.

Merry Christmas VTers.
Woken up at 6am by the sound of next door's kids' excited shrieks. And I don't mind at all.
Eat, drink and be merry.
Did you fall asleep in the wrong house?

Watched Elf, Muppets Christmas Carol and Scrooge yesterday.
Perfect Christmas Eve films.

My son's got a Christmas joke book in his stocking...
Why don't snowmen like carrot cake?
Because it tastes like bogeys.
Why doesn't Santa have reindeer in his coffee?
He's on a deery free diet.
Why don't mussels give presents?
Because they're shellfish.
What do you call at cat in the desert at Christmas?
Sandy claws.
Why did the elves ask the turkey to join their band?
Because it had drumsticks.

I still don't understand what these 'zones' actually are.
Explains it here:

Answer in the spoiler.
SpoilerIt's the A roads zones, not the Motorways.
@AVFC_Hitz very, very close guess. Feel pedantic correcting you. Sorry.

The M5 goes from Birmingham to the South West, not London.

Surprising after how they treated him with the social media nonsense.

Has their been any comms from the club about this at all?
I'm assuming we'd not be wanted and would only potentially scrape into the lowest league.
One of the plusses of if Purslow was still here we'd of heard the clubs thoughts on it as he'd likely be front and centre.

I fear this will be like asking how to make a cup of tea - you'll get arguments.
FWIW, my approach would be:
Use large potatoes, and chop so that each chunk has a round and a flat side.
Parboil for about 7-8 minutes. Shake in pan, to rough up surfaces.
Heat fat in hot oven (220° C) until sizzling. Some would say best to use goose fat, but I think sunflower oil is fine.
Place potatoes in pan and return to oven. Cook for approx 40-45 mins, turning once.
Place in a serving dish lined with kitchen paper, to absorb excess fat. Serve while still piping hot.
Pretty much how I cook them. Only thing I'd add would be to not turn them for the first 30 minutes and to put the herbs on when you turn them not at the start (less likely to burn off).
I often do the parboil and first 30 minutes or so the day before to save time and help make space in the oven if needed.

I think you're doing Gordon a huge disservice there. He's been brilliant this season.
But there's also 3 or 4 players in the running before him anyway.
Even fullback where you're saying we're weak we have Walker, Shaw, Trent, Chilwell, James, Trippier, White, Livramento, Rico Lewis etc
They don't have the same quality that we have in the spine of the team but as a squad it's a pretty good selection.James would need to go more than 47 seconds without suffering a major injury though.

Gift from the wife. Can't wait to read this as thought I'd never read a Pratchett for the first time ever again.
