Non story. Without seeing the interview yourself (impossible for most of us I'd guess seeing as it's in Belgian) and seeing his tone etc, it's impossible to judge anyway.

I'm actually amazed he didn't get a big move to a big boy earlier in his career.

As well as his pace, he can also play and keep attacking momentum going in tight spaces. He's crucial to our build up.

I need to see more of Archer to make a judgement on his allround game, but he's certainly a better finisher and striker of the ball than Tammy IMO. With Tammy, I never understood how a player who failed to strike the ball cleanly so often scored so many

Tbf Abraham would be a huge disappointment. Poor all-round game that was clear as day even at Championship level.

I don't think he has any agenda against us. I think he did have an issue with Grealish however, apart from that he's just generally clueless and always contradicting his bizarre reasons/decisions. All this while exerting no personality or emotion.

IMO the inability to weight simple passes and not ruin attacking momentum is a very glaring one.

Well someone who could pass better might have made more of the counters we had but I wasn't necessarily saying that anyway. It was a poor team performance overall.

Whether he is or he isn't, it's a fact that he has quite a few glaring limitations. Regarding the new contract, OK? He won't take us to the next level though.

You weren't the only one. I'd seen him a fair bit before, but my mate was adamant after that Southampton game that he was gonna be amazing. I tried to tell him he really wasn't all that. -
'Other defensive mids don't seem to have a problem with it'. Which ones? Busquets scored 11 in 481! I couldn't care less if Kamara never scores a goal for us tbh. Not just not the be all and end all, it's not important in the slightest IMO.
