Well, if Bowen is back then I'm pretty content with my front eight for the next month, hopefully staying injury-free. Defence could use some shuffling but I think I can manage even with using a transfer on a GK.

I do have nothing else to do  and Allison is the highest scoring GK in the game. I still have my WC to use and will try to use it as late as possible (i.e., for GW20). Although, GW17 and GW18 look a bit tricky. Worst case I WC before GW17 and burning a transfer now on Turner to Kelleher doesn't matter. On the other hand, if I can make a plan to get through those GWs without WCing then I may also have a free transfer to use now for the GK switch.

Allison out short-term. Kelleher at 3.9 with FUL (H), SHU (A), CRY (A) in the 3 GWs that Allison should be out for is very enticing.

There is no clear intent (and that's an understatement) and it does not stop a goal-scoring opportunity. Why does it deserve a penalty? The penalty rule was not introduced to give even a 0.01% of a grievance a 99% chance of a goal.
