It's the weight of it having to set up even more movies, they're basically trying to do what Marvel spent X amount of movies setting up.While I'm not against a "serious" hero flick it sounds like Eisenberg is almost the only thing "fun" in the whole thing...& it makes him stick out like a sore thumb. I watched Angry Joe's review & he said Eisenberg is almost playing a joker character. I was meant to go today, had booked tickets but the wife had her afternoon pregnancy sickness....can't say I'm at all bothered we didn't go.

Picked up DarkSiders 2 off the store, been in two minds about it since they released the...Deathinative edition on next generation(what an awful title to give it) Loved the first but I didn't finish the second for some reason I couldn't remember. Then I just had a couple hours on it & remembered, the camera is atrocious in it...it's so awful. Almost ruins the game but I love the art style & the game play.

It's safe where its stored & if anyone did happen to be using it I'd kindly ask them wtf are they doing haha I have my own clips as well & someone walked off with them recently.The guy was being a giant pretty douche about it....roid heads eh!!! Even funnier was that he wanted them for a f*****g z bar to do curls. In all honesty it's kind of a budget Texas bar what I've bought. There's a Texas deadlift bar for £550 & a squat one for £630...dread to think what the rogue version runs for. I've been lucky & lifted with a few world class lifters so have seen the better bars. There's a big difference when you have 200kg+ on a commercial bar to like the one I've just ordered.

  10. There is absolutely no reason why (outside of injury reasons) why you shouldn't squat three times a week. It is why you start with a free bar, it is to allow you to get use to the workload. If the majority of new people to the gym stopped all the 4/5/6 day a week bs bodybuilder programs & just focused on the compound lifts in the long run everyone would be better for it. Anyone who says squatting x3 a week sounds a lot hasn't done it/couldn't handle it. When you run starting strength or strong lifts you don't need to do any accessory work because you're working the main lifts, you don't need to be curling a dumbbell in a mirror when you can't even squat your own body weight (not aiming that at anyone) so get in the rack. When you focus on mainly Compound work over tones of isolation you can easily lift 2/3 days a week & make some amazing progress. I started on starting strength, then mad cow till I ended up on wendlers 531. Those programs got me to being able to deadlift 255kg, bench 125kg, squat 215kg & strict press 100kg at my last comp, while not earth shattering numbers I'm still much stronger/bigger/faster than when I began:)

  12. Converse are fine, the lites are kind of based on them but have a lip on the side of them as converse blow out on the sides eventually. But you'll be fine. desdliting bare foot is fine, I use to pull that way. Wouldn't squat in socks, unless your gym floor has some decent grip...sitting back in socks on a slippy floor isn't a good idea.

  15. Great advice, I use reebok lites...just ashame they have crossfit plastered on them. But that's why God invented sharpies.   19. Could also be a mobility issue, so you may need to work on that. If you're us Could be a mobility issue which I'm guessing, if you're sat at a desk for long periods is an issue. It'll cause you to become short/tight in the hip & your glutes are no doubt smashed down for all the sitting. Really suggest looking at Defrancos limber 11.... https://www.defrancostraining.com/joe-ds-qlimber-11q-flexibility-routine/ Just don't let your training sessions turn into "mobility" workouts, there's the older version of limber 11 called the "agile 8" which is quicker than the limber 11 & as you're training on your break it'll be a quicker warm up. You can do the limber 11 at home, days off. Before & after work when it's a rest day. Just as long as you're doing something, but you cant fix everything at once. I swear by the lacrosse ball for the glutes, got rid of a lot of low back tightness for me.
