Heinz bbq beans were at 1.80 a tin in Asda yesterday and I'm sure the macaroni they do was 2 quid a tin.
Genuinely cant believe anyone is paying that, feels like an experiment to see what they can get away with at this point.

West Ham essentially the same odds to go down as Leicester?
Cant get my head round that one. Leicester can beat most of the league on their day,. West Ham most definitely can't!

Yeah - Aaron Ramsey has 5 goals, 3 assists in the Championship in 22 games. That comes out to around 10 & 6 over an entire season.
Being the player of the season and really standing out in the Championship is still quite the feat though. Its a grind of a league as we know and keeping such a high level when you are playing 3 times a week is impressive.

Some of their fans suggesting teams have figured them out a little recently...
I hope they continue to drop down the league...
I would say it’s more likely the league table just balancing itself out. They really don’t have the squad to finish top 6. Player for player they aren’t much better than us, if we took Botman and Trippier we would probably be competing for top 6.

My personal feeling is that neither Bailey, or Buendia have been good enough on a consistent basis. They have both had very impressive moments, and matches, but mostly they give the ball away the majority of the time. Coutinho for me is the most intelligent of our 3 creative player, and thus I consider him to be better than Bailey and Buendia.
The thing with Bailey is he is the only one with genuine pace. And Coutinho and Buendia have similar games, when on the ball. So we have to get an alternative to Bailey at least as Traore is obviously not favoured.
Totally agree on Buendia, when we signed him he was literally their talisman, the guy who puts in a 9/10 every week and he hasn’t been anything like that for us. Maybe stick him in the Brighton team or Arsenal and he could thrive again but I don’t think we’ve ever played the style of football to really suit him.

Could be anything this one, form says Villa, head says Villa, I'm sure their fans are saying home win.
2-1 to us.

My son is driving up to Edinburgh with his cousin for a other Cousins birthday next week.
Probably cost £50 each for the petrol. Would cost £115 each to fly (but due to flight times would need another overnight in a hotel. But the train would be £150 each.
How the **** can an aeroplane be cheaper than a train?
Somebody must be paying? I'm sure they would soon notice and do something about it if they were just running empty trains up and down the country.
Not an endorsement on my behalf either, i wouldn't pay those prices.

Special mentions for Albon and Bottas there. Well done Alonso, driver of the day for sure.

So selfish from Charles! We needed a safety car there.

F1 might have a bit of a problem here - having a winner at the first corner doesn't make for great TV and if Max were to win the first three or four races this way, it's going to have a hit on the viewer figures for a sport that's made a big play to get those viewers back in.
In terms of the TV effect of races like this, I think it's fair to say the second half of Everton - Forest has picked up a number of viewers.
It’s been that way for years though unfortunately. Vettel spent 4 years racing away at the first corner and coasting home.
The real shame here is that Perez is the ultimate 2nd driver and doesn’t have the ability to make any sort of challenge and almost certainly wouldn’t be allowed to even if he was able.

Ocon with his third penalty here?

Safety car very much needed in this race.

It's not always pretty or convincing (although sometimes our football can be very good to watch) but it's getting the job done. I'm very much enjoying the continued improvement of building up from the back, taking our time and waiting for the right opportunity. If anything is going to stop us it's going to be our own fans at Villa Park demanding we get it forward at 100mph all the time. Hopefully over time that stops but you never know with our fans.
Most importantly, no matter how ugly we win, I'm just very happy we're seeing clear and obvious game plans being laid out in front of our eyeballs every week. It makes a nice change, long may it continue.
Very pleased with how things are going right now at this club.
Emery is clearly the best manager we are going to get. Yes we’ll get frustrated at times and probably hit bad runs of form but he has the length of his contract regardless for me. We aren’t going to get a better manager, we just need the players to catch up with him now.

Superb from Alonso
Were relying on him to stop the Red Bull borefest this season, hope he’s up to the job.

Lance stroll fighting for podiums might be the best thing about this season!
Vettel must be fuming that he’s walked away from a genuinely fast car as well.
-
I’ve just finished drive to survive and unless I missed it I can’t believe they didn’t feature that race at Red Bull where max refused to let Perez back through. For me that was one of the biggest talking points of the season!
Overall it wasn’t the best DTS but then the season wasn’t brilliant either.

It was when they got close the lack of quality was apparent, neither can fight on the inside. I suppose that's why they had the weird points deductions for general rubbishness and holding.
For free It was entertaining enough for the 8 rounds I suppose.
A proper boxer would knock both of them into orbit in 2 rounds though.
That's what exposed it as an amateur fight, no work at all on the inside. To be fair the ref could have told them to work out of the clinch a few times to remind them that was an option.

Does he really ? He’s gonna get the “ the first time you fought an actual boxer you lost “ jibe now from many people. And fighting the KSI’S and Nate Diaz’s of this world is gonna be hard to go back to now because people will think he isn’t taking it serious when he says he is.
Only in the sense that he had something left in tank at the end, was never visibly hurt at any point and he was the one who got the knock down. Not bad for someone who isn’t a real boxer.
-
Jake Paul comes out of this with more credit than Fury in my eyes. He wasn’t exactly troubled at any point and he’s not even a proper boxer.
Fury won’t be winning anything in boxing, take the rematch and call it a day for me.
-
Carl Froch in the studio almost outright saying his previous fights were fixed and he’s not convinced this one isn’t as well
Fair play Carl that’s a bold move when you’ve literally been employed as a pundit for this fight.

Aquaman 2, set to be the last 'DCEU' movie before James Gunn hits the reset button and starts over, has spent the last couple of days getting absolutely slated in various stories relating to allegedly catastrophically bad test screenings. Apparently people came out of the latest test screenings saying it was the worst DCEU movie by distance (which is saying something in a series that features the original Suicide Squad) and supposedly has had numerous changes made in post production done multiple times already. This has included them shooting a Keaton Batman cameo (which confused the **** out of audiences, leading to reshoots where Affleck's Batman would cameo instead, which then changed again when this film was pushed back enough for the Flash to come in ahead of it meaning Keaton could come back in, and now it's not clear if one, the other, both or neither will appear), and literally cobbling together the movie from what they have filmed and changing the plot as they go (to the extent people in the production have said the latest test screenings were of a literally different movie than the last ones they'd done...?!).
It's apparently so bad Momoa has decided to abandon the character and Warner Bros have decided they'd like him to take on another DC role in Gunn's rebooted series.
DCEU is going out with the sound of a half filled old balloon deflating.
Very disappointing as I really like Wan as a director, and I even thought the first one was one of the better DC comic book movies.

Is it fair to say Aston Martin and Williams both look a lot better than last season?
Certainly looks like it but too early to make proper conclusions. Whose expense does it come at though that's the interesting part?
Already looking like Red Bull are at least as far ahead as last season, real shame as i don't like them or their drivers really, another season of dominance is certainly not what the doctor ordered!

If the fight doesn't happen its because he doesn't want it 100%. I like the bloke and what he's done in the game but he's a bit of a joke at the moment. Especially after that recent fight with Chisora which was a waste of everyone's time.
