I better not say anything about Lewis or Merc though, the entire thread might start crying.
Hamilton who? We’re all Russell fan boys now.

Verstappen totally ignoring the team radio

That’s just embarrassing Daniel.

Our midfield has been woeful today.
-
Yeah, no more Olsen please.
-
Keeper has let everyone down, simple as that. We’ve scored 2 goals which is great but you can’t account for brainless play like that.

Sanson Kamara pivot
For some reason that excites me and feels like something different to what we've seen the last 3 years. Progression through midfield has been a problem of ours for years.

Are we United’s bogey team now

Good luck to him and his team, they've got a hell of a lot of work to do.
We have so many players performing at a mediocre level at the moment surely it's a slam dunk for him to improve us.

I'd definitely recommend the first one...well its actually the second one (Art first came about in All Hallows Eve, another weird film and was played by a completely different actor, nowhere near as good but still worth seeing)
The Terrifier 1 clearly has a much lower budget but man, they use it well, the shock factor is what carried this film, no one really knew who Art was and no one was expecting it to be as brutal as it was (once you have seen "that scene" you will understand) there is no plot at all, he's basically a mad ass killer clown hunting 2 girls.
Turn your brain off watch it, enjoy it, be grossed out by it.
I watched Terrifier 1 earlier and it’s definitely a lower budget version, very low budget in fact. I have to say the second one is better in almost every way but as you say the soundtrack is the most prominent thing and really helps.
The first one is the kind of movie you would see on Shudder, the second is worthy of a cinema release although not scheduled in the UK at the moment.

oh man, I loved it, the soundtrack was one of the most prominent things for me, it expands on the story but is still very much left in the "what the **** is going on" territory, I think it'll take 4 or 5 films before his entire back story is properly fleshed out and I think that is exactly how Leone wants it, it'll keep the interest up.
As for the gore and brutality...well...lets just say that Art the Clown is a bit of a bastard
I assume you recommend the first one as well then?
Doesn't seem to be as highly rated on IMDB but I'm definitely up for more of Art the clown!

I noticed you didn't follow up on this.
I started it Sunday evening but had to break for the F1 so only got about 25 mins in. Looking forward to finishing it tonight, thought it was brilliant from what i did see. Very atmospheric, unsettling and nails that B movie look that very few films manage without just looking crap.

They have only lost once all season, maybe they are due an off day.
Would take a point now.

Tim Cook with that checkered flag

I honestly feel for the owners, so much money literally thrown down the drain on mediocre players and managers who can’t get anything out of them.
They really deserve more.

Honestly good luck getting your next job Stevie, it won’t be in the prem that’s for sure.

the watcher on netflix anyone?
very silly so far but oddly engrossing
I thought the same, first 4 episodes were very good and that's where I'm up to at the moment. I have heard bad things about the ending though so I'm braced for disappointment.

The Big Bang Theory.
I've never watched it properly so when the wife put it on yesterday we watched about 25 or so episodes.
It's generally quite funny and well written, but I'm yet to see a single episode where at some point Kaley Cuoco is not displaying her cleavage.
Musn't grumble
First 2-3 seasons were excellent then it became far too much like a friends spin off for my liking and i dipped out around series 4 i think.

My elderly neighbour was at the supermarket and noticed the tubs of Celebration Chocolates were on special. She bought 2 ready for Christmas. Being bulky things she decided to store them in her suitcase. But when she opened the suitcase there was already 2 tubs of Celebration Chocolates which she had forgotten about. So she gave me the spare 2 tubs.
Why is this funny?
She did exactly the same thing last AND also gives me 2 tubs for Christmas.
Thats exactly the reason Supermarkets start selling Christmas items 3 months before. People buy and forget or use and then re-buy.

Chelsea played as well as they were allowed to play !
Sometimes I would agree with you but they definitely weren’t at the races on Sunday.

Chelsea won’t play worse than that this season and we still couldn’t score and comfortably lost 2-0.
We don’t beat teams around us, we don’t beat teams above us, we never come from behind or show any fighting spirit. Too many individual errors, not scoring anywhere near enough goals, no identify to the team as a whole, strange substitutions. Yeah apart from that everything is great…

Have to be said again. This thread is amazing. Shit subject but still.
Second that, excellent timeline of events and explanations in layman's about what it means.

Just another result that you would expect from a team who will finish 14-16th.
Something needs to change or this season is already a write off.

Brundle spot on there, I call the shots around here… going to take a while for that one to be forgotten.
