All I'll say is that I think we have enough members of the squad with mediocre attitudes, some model professionals in the Kevin Nolan, Gareth Barry mould would be high on my shopping list.

Like ****. a) You are only as good as the company you keep, and him pissing it up with Gabby et al speaks volumes. he's a professional sportsman. Do you see Chris Froome, Rory McIlroy or Novak Djokovic jetting over to Dubai midseason? There's a reason he's on the bench at Crystal Palace for years and it's because he doesn't want it enough. Yeh but can he coach? What was Roeder's Newcastle team like? I remember Harry's Portsmouth and Spurs teams playing nice attacking football but conceding loads, but I wonder how much of that was due to Harry and how much was due to Bond...

Yes you do. Replace Lescott & Richards with Vlaar and Senderos (as an example) and you would have reduced our goals conceded by at least 20. That have at the very least put us on level pegging with Norwich (GD-wise)
