    It is still a bad fit McLeish & Villa,if Randy decides to keep him on then it will prove that he does not have the best interest of the Club & its supporters at heart,time to admit that he got it wrong and we got away with it this season but we were lucky that other teams were just as poor. A club record 4 home wins only says it all.

    Benetiz & Moyes are proven Managers plus there are many more out there, you know what I meant trees but of course experts like you know it all. My point with West Brom is we should have the better pulling power,it is down to the Board to to get the right man

    Mc Leish knew of the drinking problem within the squad and the culprits but he chose to ignore the problem.

    I understand that his wife & children were at the game and obviously heard the Chanting,there is no evidence to suggest they received any personal insults.

    I don't think that there is any doubt he is a Villa Fan,he will of course have different views to most on this site if folk don't agree with them so be it,we all beg to differ at times.

    Norwich have let in 9 in their last 2 games at home, so I don't think Carrow Road is the fortress some think it is.... Against Man City & Liverpool, that are managed by attack minded managers. Our manager won't even get out of his seat so why should we expect our team to be brave enough to try to win? He was wary of the Sniper in Row Z

    Trent, I want Mc Leish out like all of you and he had stick coming to him deservingly so, but Tuesday night would not have been nice for him & more so though his wife & son which I reckon is the crux for him.

    His attitude has changed,hand over the camera & sat in the dugout hidden away,I reckon the abuse has hurt him and his family and he has had enough,his pride will get him to see out the season then mutually agree to leave.

    We are a big Club but atm working under financial constraints,Glasgow Rangers are a big club but look at them now,I agree a young ambitious up n coming Manager is what we need not a big spending high salary Manager which we simply cannot afford otherwise go for Jose or Pep!
