  1. Not sure of the song name but I'll try and find out for you. How does it go? What about west ham ? What?
  2. New Ashley Young song is getting started now, was quiet at Everton but it was getting louder yesterday
  3. Hahaha, he's not orange, that's just his skin colour ;-)
  4. Everyone says it's SWP! Make up? I don't get it?
  5. So you've all, well, some, have seen the photo taken by someone of the Selly Oak Villa on the back of my shirt from the back at a game....so here are some 'proper' photos Me playing pool on holiday earlier this year Out with the lads at Custard Factory down Digbeth (don't ask about the face, I was pissed. Or hair, someone poured beer on my hair) And finally, just for comical value
  6. With Hull away selling out in half a day will we be taking up the second allocation?
  7. Fair dues. Just don't like it when refs make stupid decisions to make up for ones they've missed. If they didn't miss them in the first place then the game would be fairer and more consistent.
  8. Yeah must have been Cahill. If you go on Virgin media highlights I think it's about 1 minute 20 or so in However - ref - it was as if he made decisions to make up for decisions that he missed or wasn't brave enough to blow the whistle for. If I hate anything in a ref it's that. Don't be in the job if you're scared or swayed by fans ffs
  9. It was when Arteta had the shot (I think Arteta) from the left hand side of the goal and Friedel parried it out, in the first half when you were attacking Gwladys stand
  10. One point....a lunge on Petrov just after Friedel made that save in the first half that resulted in Young not controlling and it going out for a throw in...remember it? No foul on Petrov? Why? He was tripped
  11. No, I wouldn't, there is a free service put in place and I think it is pretty good as I came through it with great qualifications so why not let them do it aswell?
  12. Na na na na na na na na, na na, na na Na na na na na na na na, na na, na na He's 6 foot 3 with curly hair His teeth are **** but we don't care Carlos Cuellar Villa's centre half STICK WITH ONE VERSION
  13. Whenever it was sang yesterday nobody knew the verse so it went quiet on the verse Only bit everyone knew was 'Carlos Cuellar Villa's centre half, na na na na nana' etc'
  14. Was thinking earlier, not sure of the original tune name, but it's the song we used to sing about Robbie Savage leaving Birmingham... it was Robbie Savage, woah Robbie Savage, woah He wants to leave the scum 'Cos Upson wants his bum How about Delfouneso, woah Delfouneso, woah ___________________ ___________________ (Couldn't think of two extra lines) Also for Everton tomorrow To the tune of feed the world (we used to sing it when we played Liverpool/Everton around xmas time) Feed the scousers Let them know it's Christmas time
  15. General I hope you and your family pull through this together, I lost my father at a young age and it wasn't very nice, but with help from family and friends we pulled through. It's not a nice time at all, but you have your family, friends, and I think I speak for us all when I say you have all the Villa fans support throughout your tough time. Please send my best wishes to your family.
  16. Every time I hear Lost by Coldplay I can't help but think that it would sound good as a football chant when we're losing... The original lyrics are 'Just because I'm losing Doesn't mean I'm lost' So in adaptation when we are losing to rally the players up, we could change it to 'Just because we're losing Doesn't mean we've lost' If we can get the whole Holte to sing that if we're losing say... 1-0 it could rally the team to get the equalizer? Just a thought. Probably crap but it's an opinion and that's what the board is about
  17. love it would work better with 'oh Reo Coker' instead of having 'Nigel' though? This is great! that would work too
  18. General, ignore paulanddonya. That fan is not speaking for us all, personally I thought we played well, just failed to take our chances. On another day, we would have taken them...overreaction of the highest level.
  19. Marr has been with the Cribs for the majority of this year...but not officially. He played on the NME tour back in Feb in...Glasgow I think, and that was his first live show with them, but the Cribs did a cover of Panic I think and that's the only reason he played with them as he didn't know many chords for the songs...he's been officially a member since about Reading festival.
