    I don’t think we will choose a manager without premiership experience. It was Randys main prerequisite last time around and (no matter how disastrous that turned out) I doubt whether this will change.

    I agree Shillzz, however this has to be seen as the start of what it can offer rather than the final solution. A good, but horribly belated decision IMO!

    Looks like the long awaited introduction of this is being started tonight when they test it out during tonights Hampshire FA Senior Cup final at St Mary’s Stadium.     Im not sure AVB would be the best option with us, EVEN IF we could tempt his massive ego to VP. He has no experience of working with teams not fighting at the top of the table, and is only used to dealing with top players. I think he would explode watching us play football!

    I agree MM, Hoddle would be my choice too. Id be more than happy with Martinez, Lambert or Poyet either, in that order.
