I would also admit that I think the yellow on blue, which I hated at the time, I find is quite easy to pick out.

My main gripe, which was AVFC, has, thank god, disappeared, although I agree with others that it would have been better at the top.

Tim hasn’t looked at the required level for me as yet, but I’m obviously still willing to give him a good amount of time yet before judging him completely.

I think it is worth remembering that as we continue to improve as a team, it is going to become harder and harder for youth players to establish themselves in our side due to the level of performance required, only the absolute best will make it.

I think he will be given another 12 months at least, but also wouldn’t be surprised if he’s moved on this summer in a similar deal to the one that saw us sell 3 youngsters last summer.

Is it known? Or is it just that value of existing one ( Trade Nation ) has been doubled?

I thought it was an improvement on the existing deal with Trade Nation, but I may be wrong.

Genuinely Tom it makes me so happy to see you bigging him up. I know he’s not the perfect footballer, but he works so hard and he’s such a genuinely nice guy. In fairness, I think Toney is more similar to Kane in attributes/style, but Watkins has done everything he can to make sure he is on that plane. Personally, I’d take all 3. Glad to see you’re on board the ‘Ollie Watkins Train’ Nick!

If we take our “Southgate hates him” hat off, does anyone think he is playing his way into a position to be a genuine option off the bench for England in the Euros? Not just an understudy in case Kane gets injured.
