    thats what i mean!

how can you hate man city so much that you then go off in that direction?

    Back to being serious then...

Because since the whole 2008 takeover, they had a very significant (and recurring) role in one of the worst periods in our clubs history...
They blew everyone out of the water, pulled up the FFP drawbridge, and then fleeced us for every player we had that we were trying to build our team around all the way to our relegation... and their fans find that hysterical...
So, I can (and will) use any and every stick available to beat them with... Including the fact that they have had more 'people like that' playing for them since they won the Abu Dhabi lottery than any other club in the country (and possibly even world football)...
As far as I am concerned... anyone that plays for them, receives a paycheque from them or supports them should be put in the same basket...
I'd rather my kids grew up to be Small Heath fans than one of them...

It makes me laugh, however, that there seems to be so much underlying love for them on this forum after what they did to our club...

    That's scarecely any better.

To be fair. I didn’t even say it he looked like it!

I implied something based on the way he looks (“a weird MOFO” as someone else said)…

I at no point at all said the word “rapist”…

The fact that the club he plays for have some hugely coincidental link to people like that is merely circumstantial…

I don't get how people can be so invested in football to then have so much hatred and then think like that

It’s not an investment in football…

someone said Haaland is a weird looking bloke… I followed it up with some more specifics and related it to the club he now plays for…

    Its a fact…

Since the Sheikhs took over in 2008, Man City have had 4 players or players previously associated with them that have been arrested, tried and convicted of “those kind of crimes”.

Thats one of those kinds of people every 3.5 years…

And three of them only got collared after they left the warm, safe financial embrace of City’s incredibly wealthy and powerful owners…

The BBC covered up the wrongdoings of some rotters for years and years…

And I guarantee Citehs owners have more money than the BBC…

He is a weird looking MOFO!

    Agreed…

He looks like the kind of person who would commit the kinds of crimes that certain former and current Man City players seem to have found themselves arrested for in recent years…

Their social media fanbase is an absolute bus accident.

Total bombardment of idiots (mainly Africans and Asians) just hammering the various platforms with utter rubbish, its infuriating.

And then when you say they aren’t proper fans because they haven’t contributed to the club and have never been in the same continent, let alone the same country that “their club” is…

    Ooh. They don’t like that…

They don’t half turn on the sob story

The thing that I learned from Elon Musk's 'joke' is that Manchester United fans don't appear to have any idea that FFP exists.

These are dangerous times for the game - when two of the worlds biggest brands in United and Barca are struggling to compete, there's a very real danger that they'll change the rules to suit them.

They already did when they bought in FFP.

We weren’t doing too badly, Citeh were just being heavily invested in…

They needed to pull up the drawbridge quickly and that was facilitated…

Fast forward to modern day, and it seems that it still isn’t quite as rosy as they would like…

Changes will be made to make sure that FIFAs cash cows don’t get sent to slaughter…

It is typical Villa isn't it? To have a new player who played 2 games for us and potentially out for months if not the season.

Rarely see that with other teams e.g. that new player Haaland for man ci&y will not get injured nor Jesus for arsenal.

Someone on here I am sure could come up with a list of new Villa players being clagged early in their careers for the Villa....

Get well soon Carlos we need you back

Our players have been targeted, assaulted and violently abused for years…

Richard Wright committed GBH on Nilis...

    Ben Mee attacked Wesley…

Some rocket polisher in a Newcastle strip broke Okore…

Our players need to be protected more…

Oh I really like Leicester as well, but Villa have to finish above them.
I want all other 19 teams to do badly.

    Of course!

I want Villa to win everything…

    Fair or foul…

and if we can’t, I want Southampton to…

and if they can’t, I want anyone else but Man City to 😂

City fans still lauding the fee everywhere they can. Yeh that's right guys let's forget all the huge fees to himself, dad, agent(yes I know).

It reminds me a bit of the Neymar to Barcelona transfer where his Dad got shitloads.

And Barce got done later on.

    Must be lovely for them…

being able to meet everyone’s release fee…

    Yay for City…

The BR presser was depressing. No signings coming in, he doesn't want to sell Fofana or Madisson but ultimately the decision is up to the club. He respects the position the club is in and is focusing on working with the players he has.

I know he’s not exactly “Mr Charisma”

    but you’re right…

He sounds like he is out of ideas with what he is meant to do when he doesn’t have the financial backing required to build…

No comprendo, if it's not Villa I don't care what happens to our rivals.

It's all good for us if they are in the shit

    spacer.png

Leicester haven’t done anything wrong to us over the years for me to show them any spite…

They have looked after our boy Albrighton after our last ownership lied to him and hung him out to dry and he has achieved a lot…

    I quite like Leicester…

Id rather see them do well than some team in Manchester or London…

    Vardy. Ings.

    Christ on a bike.

The last thing United need now is more journeymen footballers.

It's going to get worse before it gets better. They need to sign the right players or no players at all tbh.

They're wage budget is ridiculous, the amount of players they have paid huge fees for and done nothing is ridiculous.

Their recruitment has been bad again as it is non existent but at least they're not chucking money at nothing players.

I think Rabiot will be a decent pick up for the fee FWIW.

I’d barely call Vardy a “journeyman”

Hes fought his way up the leagues to the top of the pile and then ended up winning the top prize with the rank outsider, getting England caps and national recognition… and he’s still there 6 years later…

Hes not exactly Adebayor or Anelka

Rhodri Giggs said she shagged over 10 other footballers apart from Ryan, when they were together. How true that is, we'll never know I guess.

    Feel quite sorry for Rhodri…

Your missus being passed around by footballers like a peace pipe is one thing…

Having your own brother have a go on her while your married to her is about as unforgivable as it gets
