Make or break time for Lerner. At present I happen to think he's f*cked up big time with this one. Not going to post the facts ebcause that is wrong on the person who told me, but his attitude OFF the pitch is a disgrace. get over it. Yeah and last time I remembered, games are played and won on the pitch. Keeping troublemakers at the club is always gonna be a risky business, but can be defended as long as the player is truly excellent and give us that little extra in terms of quality. Luke Young is good, but not exceptional and can be sacrificed for the benfit of team spirit imo. Beye is easily as good if given a proper run in the team.

The only player I'd be willing to take a gamble on from the Norwegian league at the moment would be the current top scorer Mohammed Abdellaoue from Vålerenga. Not nearly the finished product yet, but the kind of player that no doubt would raise his game when given the opportunity to train and play with better players. Bags of potential, natural goal scorer, not afraid to take a shot (imagine having one of those, eh), not unlike Solskjær back in the day, could tourn out to be a bargain for anyone willing to take a chance on him. Hattrick today with plenty of scouts in the stands and if reports are to be believed we have hade people following Vålerenga for a while too (but possibly not to look at Abdellaoue).
