Is it worth getting the earlier albums then Chindie? I cherish Boxer and Alligator, but have always heard their earlier stuff isn't quite as good, so I've never bothered to check it out.

I would say the divisions between the Upper class and the rest is more defined nowadays than those between the Middle and the Working class.

I have to agree with Rev in disagreeing with MJ Mooney, Joy Division are one of my favourite bands but oddly I find New Order incredibly average. And Radiohead are not overrated either, as are the Smiths. In terms of overrated bands, well.... RHCP Sonic Youth Big Country (for a certain someone) Talking Heads Coldplay Tenacious D Libertines In my humble opinion of course :winkold:
