if we get beaten by bolton with the way those below us are playing we're relegated. we're polaying with no fight, no guile and no will/desire to win - it's an absolute shambles leave gabby out as he's not even trying, albrighton was appalling today, dont think he made one decent pass all game. Lichaj our best player going forward and assured at the back. Other than him though we were mediocre at best. Honestly? i'm half thinking we deserve to get relegated and it might give the board the kick up the arse they need

i'm in shock that given has so many votes... i've watched all our last 10 games and i'm horrified by much of what i see. Yeah he's a very good shot stopper. but he doesnt communicate with the back 4, says nothing at corners, doesnt come off his line (and when he does he messes it up) flaps at crosses and couldnt catch a cold if he was wet and naked in the artic. He has absolutely no physical presence what so ever. Yeah he's made a few good saves in his time here but the defence isnt the only reason we've conceeded so many goals from corners and crosses. We're in desperate need of a goalie who has a voice and a physical presence ans isnt afraid to put himself about a bit - given is not that man. Pesonally i'd rather guzan was playing cos at least he comes for crosses and can challenge forwards in the air unlike given. I'm not daying he's the cause by any stretch but a team as poor as us cant afford to have a keeper that isnt strong aerially - and given isnt. people blaming baker for the second goal because he should have put his foot through it - it is given's fault as i thought when he dived forward he had it, and i'm sure baker did too. a good team is built from the back and our defence and goalkeeper are rotten to the core.

to be honest i know nothing about kello. i dont rate given if i'm 100 % honest. he is a world class shot stopper but he has little to no aerial ability or comman of his area. I have watched him closely in our last three games and crosses/corners have bounced inside the 6 yard box 11 times in 3 games - no prem class keeper should be allowing this to happen. And with our defensive frailties we need a keeper who can command at least his 6 yard box and not be bullied by opponents. Bring back Bosnich - remember how he dealt with kilnnsman? knee to the throat anyone? Love It!

if we had a keeper that was capable of coming to catch a ball inside the 6 yard box we wudnt concede half as many goals from crosses you know

ireland is miles ahead of everyone else on the pitch, the problem is that he's so far ahead of the rest he's usually ineffective. stick another smart player in there with him and we're looking a lot better in fairness ireland is a guilty of a lack of movement as anyone else. everytime herd pick up the ball from the defence ireland is either our furthest layer forward so we cant pass to him or is standing beside a stoke player so he cant recieve the ball and is genmerally strolling around looking not bothered. they all need to realise that we are in a fight here and just strolling around waiting for the ball to miraculously appear in the net just isnt good enough

really frustrating to see so little movement and desire out of our midfield - i think def bring off bannan as he is getting bullied too easily Given is having a mare - looks petrified of the stoke players and allergic to catching the ball warnock is spending more time at left back than left midfield and his passing has been dire baker looks petrified too and his passing is also dire McCleish needs to instill some confidence into these guys as they are on empty at the moment

our midfield looks like its over 100 years old - my dead granny moves more if we had anyone with half a brain in midfield we'd be doing a lot better with ball retention but they are all happy to stroll along besode a stoke player and not make themselves available for a pass also shay has been awful tonight - could not catch a cold!
