    Really interesting what team he puts out given the results across Europe. We seem to be running out of steam given all injuries so finishing ahead of Spurs seems quite unlikely. We need Arsenal to beat Bayern and we need to be fresh for Lille..

    Given how big of a success top 4 is for us, they had plenty of success. When did we reach CL final recently? Success doesn't mean just trophies, they were a midtable team like us with around same revenue 20 years ago, now their revenues are x3 higher than us. Much more successful I think

    As are the other top 6 teams... our wage budget is only 40mn smaller than Spurs right now while they have 630mn in revenue to ours 220mn...with these regulations we will not be able to keep up. It takes decades of success to build up commercial revenue, we are going in good direction but top 6 have huge headstart.

    Aren't we screwed with new rules? We had 92% wages to revenue, with 70% for European teams it would see us having to sell quite a lot to comply.

    I think Chelsea is a bigger threat than United, they have a direct game against us, they seem to be hitting run of good form haven't lost since February, but they got some tough fixtures luckily.

    United's luck this season is otherworldly but to be positive there's also some universe out there they would be on 57 points with 1 game in hand so all in all could be much much worse

    Lile lost 1 home game this entire season, and that was in September, we really need to win at home. Hope we show up with right mentality

    I mean right now CL qualification hinges on English teams doing better in the cups..If Leverkusen beats West Ham and Bayern beats Arsenal it's gonna be 50/50, City won't have it easy vs Madrid. Our CL qualification might literally be dependant on us progressing to semis and finals.

    We're looking at probabilities and Liverpool is odds on to get through. Against everyone left. Which means West Ham can't earn more points. It's quite simple really. If you're talking about guaranteed results yes, if you're talking Probabilites it's worse A Liverpool is huge favourite...which means it's bad..
