I believe he farted in our general direction. Then said and I paraphrase here "Your mother was a hamster and your father smelt of elderberries, fam"

False equivalence. I liked signing Buendia. He wanted to join. Norwich wanted to sell. He is just a player to pass through.
To compare to Jack is idiotic. Lad has been with the club since 8. One of us. “My club. My city”. Roundly backed by our fanbase when he was being a silly boy. Circled by our fanbase when he was deemed shit and a diver by all other club fans. Now he’s going to turn his back on us and the project at the first test of his resolve. And we as fans have got to bend over, crawl on our hands and knees thanking City for even considering us.
Nah, not for me mate. But you do you, I suppose.

Over the past decade, City claim to have raised over £600m more in commercial activity than Liverpool Arsenal and Spurs. Pure fiction. Impossible under normal business trading. Their trophies are and will be forever tainted by this. An asterisk next to thy name. Financial doping plain and simple. There should be rules or non. Not rules for some and non for others.
The owners are corrupt, self-entitled liars who govern over a virtual dictatorship in their own country and are not used to being challenged. In 2008, operation 'sportswash' sort out potential vehicles to legitimise dictatorship sovereign wealth laundering . Settling on Manchester. 'Man Citeh' were completely hollowed out to be filled with a dictatorial fisting. Nothing, besides the name, of their previous incarnation remained. Merely, a soft power puppet state.
Meanwhile, City fans from a bygone era remain spineless and supine suckling at the 'Kool-aide' teat in the name of 'winning'. Whilst each passing success feels a little more hollow than the last; "I don't really feel connected to the club that much", "Might give it a miss this week" and "I'm not too bother about the footy". All the while looking over as more and more plastic 'purists' skulk up to suckle suckle suckle suckle......'Citeh, Citeh best team in der land'... indeed.

If we sell Jack we will buy more quality players to lineup beside Buendia, Watkins, Martinez et al. I'll sink my teeth into that while you watch darts or something?
If he goes, JACK GREALISH is dead to me. UTV.

He loves Villa, no doubt about it, he also loves football. He'll be desperate for those CL night vibes, and who wouldn't want to play under Pep?

Agree completely mate. People who think that winning trophies = happiness are wrong. Yes that may be the case for some players, but it's definitely not for all. There are many different ways to get joy out of a football career.
I haven't said Jack will want to go. I'm just saying it's naive to think he won't be tempted at all.
I only ever see you on VT when a rumour of Jack going to Cit£h starts up and you come to tell all what a great thing it would be for football.....
15 minutes ago, Eastie said:We now need to Stop fretting over Jack. It isn’t something we as fans can control. I believe the club know what’s happening whatever the outcome. I trust them to deal with it, be it he stays or goes. I support Aston Villa FC not Grealish FC. If he goes, he goes
Indeed, if he goes, dead to me. UTV

I didn't see anything in him from his half a season pre injury tbh
Being out for 18 months likely to set him back even further
Gonna take a big hit here
I hope his fee is not clouding judgement. It is a sunk cost. Currently, Davis is ahead of him in the squad for me.
As @Xela says, loan would be best option for him to actually get the games he needs.

Let us have some perspective, he turned 17 in January. Was not helped out by his goalkeeper. Fletcher very streetwise, Lamare will learn a lot from this. His positioning will improve. Physical attributes will develop with age also.

Man is desperate for games for fitness... gets stupidly sent off after a few mins. Well done Wes.
Loan him out for a year.
Bit silly by the ref. Handbags. Give yellow, tell to calm down.
Not saying based on this game, but a collection of his games since returning. Honestly, rather loan out Wesley than Davis for the squad.

Whispers has some credibility and a track record but is incredibly cryptic. He doesnt post frequently (it can be 18 months apart), the account has been locked to new followers for over a year so he is not on an ego trip or an attention seeker. I really can’t work it out. His English/grammar is really poor so he either isn’t very smart or English isn’t his first language, neither of which is an issue but you would think that level of info has to come from inside the club and not sure that profile fits that opportunity? But on Twitter there is some legit info from obscure sources and he has provided telling info for a number of years,
Isn't this a reincarnation of a previous Whispers account? Someone pretending to be someone else who was pretending to be ITK?

Yeah, file under trash. Had a rb leaving imminently last week, and a medical booked etc. etc.

The Sun reporting Kane off to Cit£h for 160 million. Article seems like utter tripe, rumour come from some pissed up wedding guest. Yet, if true, surely would put dampener on Grealish to Cit£££££££hhhhhh (est 2008).

I really want England to shithouse a totally undeserved win in the final. I think the rest of Europe, and a lot on these shores too, would implode in apoplexy.

I do not think so - I am sure the article was probably generalising but I thought it lazy to get something wrong like that.
I did like the comparison to Rui Costa. He certainly drives like Rui Costa did, particularly at Fiorentina. Better than some of the other comparisons I have come across.

Honestly, the lad wearing it is clearly not 'athletic'. Not around the shoulder area at least, nor the waist. No offence to him, but that shirt is also a size too small for him.
I predict it'll look decent on a footballer.
Thought it was Douglas Luiz, ahaha jokes
