We have just lost to Chelski,we have to play Liverpool and Man U, by the time we have played those games the players will be really demoralised.

Its killing me watching Newcastle. There is no reason why we should'nt be at this level. McLeish should be asking himself. There players are no better than ours. You can see the passion and motivation of the players there.

Started the season with my young striker telling me that he wanted the team to progess if he is to stay. (I'm Norwich, its 6 seasons in, I went to them when they were in championship and have already won FA Cup) so by Feb this season after promising we'd be a good team, progress, win things, I am 6 points ahead by Feb and in League cup final too... but I have broken my promise by not progressing, so he has asked for a transfer.

Not really,when you think of some of the things that happen in real football.

Take Robinho for example, he is playing for the richest club in the world,one that is virtually guarenteed to win trophies and what does he do ? he wants a transfer, and he says stuff like it"s too cold in England, he is from Brazil and needs to play in a warmer climate,Bollocks what about the Brazillians playing in Russia and all the others playing in colder climates ?

So if you think about it the game is not too far off real life, is it ?!

Your most important considerations should be the GFX card and the CPU that runs it.You could browse the web on an old 1990 PC but for watching movies you need a really good GFX card and like I said a CPU ( processor ) to run it. Having said that, as far as future proofing goes always buy the most powerfull PC that you can afford.

You are right, a team playing 6 academy players would lose to Chelsea, but I am sure you have mistaken his meaning all along. Its not just the loss to Chelsea, its the losses to many other teams that we could have and should have beaten, its the draws against teams like Wigan and Blackburn its just that the Chelsea game is the last straw, because it shows in which direction we are heading. As for mentioning how long he has been a Villa supporter, I find nothing wrong in that, I have been a Villa supporter for most of my life and I am proud of that fact,so why not mention it ?

The thing is that we are all over the place, on the pitch and off it.The way I see it though is that AVFC is a football club so sureley the first priority is the football ? meaning what happens on the pitch and what"s happening on the pitch does not look good to me.I was one of those saying that we are safe this season no matter what BUT with Wigan and Bolton winning and Blackburn suffering a minor bump I am really worried now, I dont want to see us in the Championship, but we seem to be getting closer and closer every week.

It looks like Wigan and Bolton have started their run in to the end of the season.Most of the teams below us have got more points than us over the last 4-5 games.I realise that Wigan have 3 very hard games comming up but then we have 2 very hard games comming up,I fear that we are going to get dragged into a relegation battle, I hope we can win it ?!

Have we had a game this season where we actually looked like we wanted to win?

I cannot remember one. A few we were looking like hanging on to a lead, only to blow it in the last minutes ( think QPR), a suprise victory at Chelsea, a few games where we simply did not turn up (Man C., Arsenal). Maybe the Fulham game was such a one off, stealing victory in the dying moments of the game. After 30 odd games it looks like bad tactics more than inability. I hope we get a run of wins together soon, but does not look likely right now.

The team is playing lousy because they have lost interest in the style of football they are told to play,they are also not interested anymore.Can you blame them ? The supporters are losing interest so it stands to reason the team will lose interest first,I mean we are only watching this crap, they have to play it,on top of that you have McStupid saying that the players that have just come up from the championship are better than they are ....not exactly the way to install confidence in a team is it ?

We (as in Britain & Ireland) get the live American feed including replays. A game kicks off at 6pm our time and another kicks off at 9pm. Sometimes you miss the first few minutes of the 2nd game and sometimes you don't. You never miss an hour though. So I dunno what your network are doing PussEKatt!

A live game is 3 hours on average.

Well I dont know how it works over there but over here a live game goes for 4 hours ( this includes college games ) they show 2-3 replays of each play here.

I don't know if anyone listens to the Guardian's Football Weekly Podcast but last Monday Evan Fanning was talking about Villa in light or the Arsenal result and said something along the lines of - if there's any justice in football Villa will be relegated this season. He reckons the other teams are busting a gut to stay up but Villa are not even trying. McLeish is happy with mediocrity. They also said it's well known that the players are very unhappy with him too.

Said he felt sorry for the the fans and the players.

Refreshingly there was no mention of fans discontent due to McLeish's previous employers.

If you look at it from a nutral fans point of view that is 100% correct.You would prefer it if the teams that are fighting for a place in the Premier League stayed up rather than a team that dont give a shit, or at least a team that gives that impression.
