Someone said he is Morphing into Smith and I think they are bang on. Inexperience shows massively in this league, an it's showing it's not the league to learn your trade, just no time. Gerrard and his crew may turn out to be good and manage Luverpool. But at this present time they are just a bunch of inexperienced coaches not ready for the Premier League, an especially not ready to manage a team like Villa, an that's not being biased. Our club have been known to destroy many experienced managers careers.
