We have no idea how coherant the process has been. All we know is that we asked permission to speak to RM - he said know. We don't know who else we have spoken too. We may have asked for permission to speak to AM, been refused and then he forced the issue by resigning. WE DON'T KNOW. It makes sense to look into a wide range of potential candidates with different styles and skills and then pick the one the board feel is the best fit for the club. I am totally at peace with the process.
