    I think Emery has been very astute, we will need a contribution from nearly all of our squad members between now and the end of the season. Especially if we get to the ECL final. Chambers' clanger is testament to the fact that not playing for a while and getting thrown on is desperately difficult. Hopefully we reap the benefits of some fringe players getting minutes. It's not guaranteed but the only way for them to perform better in proper games is to play in competitive fixtures...

    To be fair he was unrecognisable last night. I've seen howlers in a Roma.shirt and a Villa shirt and I've been a critic from the start but last night he was great. Could have been 7 or 8 had he not done some good work.

    Result not a fair reflection..should have had a penalty and if we aren't unlucky with the free kick and didn't gift them a third then the scoreline would be very different. It was a free hit, we've had more problems not being able to put our best XI out so **** it. On to Brentford.

    Totally, he should just stand there and stick to Konsa. I was reacting to the idea he was a coward, that's bollocks, he tried to anticipate Foden bending it round the wall and tried to jump in the way, not get out of the way. He realised too late and tried to block it with his leg.
