  1. Stevo is the official leader of the anti-Sherwood posse. But I agree, like I said earlier, that time has passed for Tim and us. We need new blood, not old failures rehashed.
  2. This is exactly the kind of ridiculous post I was referring to. But this board is all aboard this crap, so there's no sense in going through this discussion again. You guys hold your view about Sherwood, and that's fine. I stick to mine, like I always have. Tim didn't get a fair shot at all. Smith has had, and has failed.
  3. I'd keep Elmo and obviously Mings and Jack if we could. McGinn will stay I think. The rest can go.
  4. That was another tragic moment in a season full of them.
  5. Vlaar wanted to leave, didn't he? Anyways, the whole spine of the team that just about survived, thanks to Sherwood, left. And Tim was very inexperienced at that point, and got a dozen games or so. To me, he's not nearly as bad as this board makes him out to be.
  6. Not sure about giving him another chance now that we're down, but agree he was dealt a really rough hand. Benteke and Vlaar gone, and Snake leaving at the last minute. It was a mess on all levels.
  7. I feel your pain, but 2015-16 was humiliating on a different level to me. What makes this season especially poor was that we spent a good amount and still blew it. five years ago we had no spending power.
  8. The Board has made too many mistakes too.
  9. I kind of agree with you about the Arsenal game. It was a huge loss that hurt us real bad.
  10. Managers. Two first-timers to lead a team that had very little PL experience. New owners too. The whole organization was crying out for experience.
  11. Whoever chose the managers and the one who then went on to sign these players is at fault. Together with all beforementioned.
  12. 28 maybe, 29 if we're really lucky and others can't give a toss.
  13. After watching this team, especially after the restart, unfortunately all's lost.
  14. We cannot. Therein lies the problem. Our only hope was for someone to be even worse.
  15. Really? We'll come out flat like we always do, maybe have some of the ball in the first half. At half speed, United will control our petty chances and score a couple.
  16. No surprise results from this team, no way.
  17. Not expecting, but hoping. Since we are so crap, the only hope was that Watford is even crapper and we get lucky with one win or a couple draws. And now that scenario is out of the window, together with our hope.
  18. Just go, even before Thursday's game, for all I care.
  19. If that happens then even this game didn't matter.
  20. This team needs a heart. From the manager down to the squad players. Thereafter, it needs some quality.
  21. Yeah, I really hope the owners see that Smith must go. This was a terrible season where we got progressively worse. We need a new start. Without Smith.
  22. At this point our only hope was that Norwich would've won, which was always a big ask. Now, four points behind Watford, we have no chance.
