No one is complaining about the 'guff from twitter' being posted, but having 2 pages of people saying they would love Welbeck to sign is pointless - might as well say Messi is on his way to VP. We could at very least keep it realistic? Non?

I was looking more at the south but what I can gather that is perhaps to geared up for tourism? It would be great if we could include Everist too somehow. How exactly did you make that work? What is there to do and see in the locations you visited? Got ya in regards to the taxis, I kinda expected that to pretty much be the case. Will definitely bear that in mind when organising. Well last season our squad consisted mostly of players from these shores and with experience in English football and we were pony from start to finish so.... True, but what percentage of that was down to crap players and having McLeish in charge? I do enjoy Dutch football so not that fussed about them coming in, just thinking about the whole chemistry/balance type thang. To many changes and all that jazz... What's people thoughts?

Could be a good signing if it comes off. Possible leader on the pitch in the absence of Petrov. Could take the reigns in a season or two. Slightly concerned that too much of our squad will consist of players from another league. Is that a good or bad thing do we recon, as I would imagine they will be 'first teamers'? Don't get me wrong, I'm glad we are signing these sorts of players.

Just wondering if anyone has travelled to India and if they had any recommendations to make? I'm looking at going for about 2/3 weeks within a year or so with my gf and would like to see as much as possible. I am looking at actually travelling it, ie, using public transport to get from one place to another rather than taking an organised tour. Both are options, it depends on money and ease I guess but any help/advice would be much appreciated.

I'm guessing you have already booked a holiday by now, but if you (or anybody) are looking at going to Greece, I would recommend the island of Thassos. Beautiful little place, and you can take the tour to see some old ruins in Philipi which is basically being contested over by Greece and Macedonia. Lovely drive to it and you can see some amazing sites, awesome places to stop off for lunch too. It's about 20 mins from Kavala which is the airport you will land at before catching the boat to Thassos. Loads of little towns to visit and has Paradise beach, which really is gorgeous. I would recommend the Alexander Golden Boutique hotel.

I don't think anyone has any issue with people passing information on. I think it is more the people that jump on and say something that they think is absolutely true and really do claim to be in the know. MM and Gazton are the only ones that I have seen that have got something correct. I believe they are genuinely 'connected' to the club or someone at the club in some way. Now, comparing what I see JulieB saying and Richard for example (btw you two I'm not beefing at your personally as I have agreed with a lot of stuff you have put in the past) but JulieB is producing information that she has read on twitter or whatever and passing it on here, which is what speculation is all about. I do not however believe that Richard is ITK, it's the way you are passing stuff on that makes it seen as though, you know some stuff. (Sorry Richard). I think there is a bit of blagging there and you tried it to see if you could get away with it and you have succeeded. That is the difference and that is why people are pissed off reading that stuff. El-Reacho, this isn't aimed at you by the way, it's just that it happens to be you that said it!... I need some clarification from a Dutch person! Is Holland a small section of the country, similar to what Cornwall is to England for example. And the ACTUAL countries name is the 'Netherlands'. If so, why do people still call it Holland?
