Hanky Posted October 28, 2012 Share Posted October 28, 2012 Norwich didn't play well. They were probably the worse side I've seen down Villa Park for some time (apart from ourselves). Not particularly a pop at Norwich, they played a lot better last week against Arsenal. The first half was so poor in quality. Bennett had a nightmare, but on reflection our defence (that isn't the best anyway) gets absolutely no protection from any of the midfield at all. On the flip side Bennett was woeful and must be the one of the slowest football players in the premier league! Small, slow, clumsy and not a great passer. Looks a waste of money! The midfield balance is all wrong and far two defensive. At home against a team like Norwich Ireland and N'Zog (assuming both were fit) should be playing. Up top Bent should be up there with Benteke. Lambert has made some really weird calls in the last few weeks and needs to get a grip quickly. Set up the team to win - not to bore! Sort it out Lambo!
