The big difficulty is that Leicester's last Champion's league campaign is about to drop off so they'd be starting to chase Spurs from a position of 12 points. Spurs will lose 21 too and hopefully won't gain any so things can change pretty quickly over three years, but yes, it'd be very difficult - by no means impossible though - two years of Champions league football would leave Leicester with 50 odd, two years with no European football would leave Spurs with a very similar total. The reality is rangers will go hell for leather to get to the group stage, imagine if they then got ludogorets, Copenhagen and dinamo Zagreb...
