The company she booked with said only urgent queries that were flyjng immediately would be given priority. She assnt even given a email telling her flight was cancelled. The number cuts off and its impossible tk get a hold of them. I appreciate they are busy but at least update your bloody websites to say what the plan is. Seat68 Posted March 20, 2020 Share Posted March 20, 2020 This hasn't happened yet but where would I stand. I booked a flight to Vegas through BA. For mid June, I couldn't book from LHR to LAS they insisted for the price I had to go MAN to LHR to LAS. Now let's say they cancel the Transatlantic portion of my flights but not the Domestic legs , which would worthless to me and I had to book anyway. Would I be refunded for the entire trip or only the Transatlantic portion? I stress this hasn't happened and my hope is all is well by Memorial Day.
