    Im going to walk from lime street to central then goto sandhills for the bus.. going to be at lime street 12ish, anyone who's on there own and fancies a date round scouseland drop us a PM and ill meet up with you. Ill be wearing a claret and blue flower.

    Ive checked it out, goto lime street, then walk to liverpool central (3mins) then get the train to sandhills and get the bus, or get the train to kirkdale and walk (15mins maybe).. what a ball ache this will be haha. check it - http://www.footballgroundguide.com/everton/train.htm

    Claret and Blue baloons followed by claret and blue confetti... Bouncing is good and all, but not when only us 10 in this thread are doing it.. you will see the baloons etc no matter what!

    I know you have read many posts General over the last few days, but in all seriousness - do we have plans in place for if we get relegated? The financial losses would be immense, let alone the mass exodus of players!

    Yeah like I said, its an eating place with a bar, not the kind of place that will accept visiting fans, the other pub next to it is also an eating place as such.. There is another pub, if you are looking at the beehive pub turn left and walk down that road for 5 or 10 mins and you will come across another big pub, again - not sure on the away support thing though..

    If you were to get off at Chorley there is a pub as soon as you walk out of the station right infront of you, or there is a wetherspoons a 2min walk away. Yup there are 2 pubs also when you get off the train at Horwich right next to the ground, not sure if they let away fans in though or not, can someone else confirm? The Harvester is a restaurant, cant see them wanting (or fitting) a load of rowdy people in there.

    General, On a serious note now, I took my Dad to this game, he previously came to the Blackburn game last week and was impressed with what he saw. So I take him to City to maybe try and convert him from being a united fan.. he said if he knew GH would play the 3rd team he wouldn't have bothered going and I agreed with him. If GH was planning on playing the 3rd team why did he not hint at this in interviews etc? Im serious here - is there anychance of a refund for my tickets from last night as I cant believe that you guys expect us to pay to watch that?

    Indeed. It's not really what he said that is the problem either, its just the fact that we didn't even try to win. We were about as threatening tonight as Blackburn were on Saturday. Less so in fact, the game was over tonight after five minutes. after 5 mins? it was over before it started playing that team, city's reserves would have brushed that time aside. **** joke that he left so many first teamers on the bench.

    **** joke, what kind of team was that he put out? Our 3rd team? For **** sake, if we had got a draw here then beat em at VP we would have surely (maybe) beat Reading and be in the Semi's. What the **** was that clown thinking? He starts with that, does **** all at HT when we are well out of the game and then does nothing untill its to late. For **** sake GH get a clue whats going on, we are travelling around paying good money to see a GOOD team, the least you could do is give us a good team on paper and not leave 5 or 6 first teamers on the bench.

    You also have to consider the rare possibility of we beat them, your walking around Manchester in CAB? All it would take is for one local prick to give you some stick and you might not fancy another away game again. You will find 99% of home fans are fine though while outside the stadium and will have a good chat with you. I Do the sensible thing and cover up while Im outside the stadium, uncover while in Theres no shame in keeping safe mate.
