Yeah I know what you mean and sometimes I agree, I want him gone, then I think again. Look if there's a replacement we have that's better, that we can get, then I'd go for it now. But at the moment I can't see who that is. I would love him to turn out around, do I think he can? Probably not... But who can we get in now that would be so much better?

If we get rid now we'll end up with a snap panic appointment. I'll give him until January at least. Id sack Shakespeare now though, who I think is pushing us in the wrong direction.

It's just a case of waiting for a suitable replacement to become available and gettable. We need the right person, no point replacing until we have that.

This stems from the comment by purslow that we will replace grealish with 3 players that contribute the same. How was that ever going to work?

I'm back to the position now I just want the kids to play. I'm not interested in this sh*t anymore. Don't want to see aeg again. Rather see a midfield of our youth team.

This is it. You can see it in their faces and demeanour, they look like they think they've already lost the game. Look like they aren't sure what exactly they are supposed to be doing.

They're not freak goals though. The defence is asleep, too slow, not 'switched' on. They should be busting a gut to get to every ball first, but we don't.. We stand back and let the opposition have a go. I want someone with some balls to wake them all up

These throw ins are embarrassing. We've scored what once from them? Too slow, too predictable. When do you ever get a top side using long throw ins?
