well we're out of 1 competition with a whimper, lost the first conf league game with a much rotated side, so i'm not holding out much hope that we're going to take the FA cup much more seriously either

i've long said it should only be for teams not playing in europe. so many positives to that...you get a new winner every year, a new team gets a crack at europe every year. it would make for much better viewing.

there better be a reaction saturday so **** sick of treating cup competitions with contempt an entire generation of villa fans have seen blues win a cup but not villa.

we have to change how we play when we play olsen. it just doesn't work when he's on. he wasn't solely to blame of course but our first 11 are so well drilled in this now. you can't expect the others to be too

it's an OK line up. ramsey must've had a setback...he did go down at some point vs chelsea didn't he everton clearly going for the win though. could be a good game

steak sauce is something i've never gotten, especially when it's always the most expensive thing on the menu. why spend £30 on a steak then chuck a load of sauce on it so it's the only thing you taste?

officially only 5th and the fa cup winner gets europa league. it's just normally 6th because a big team always wins the fa cup

put it this way. what's easier (based on the teams left in the competition): winning the carabao cup? or finishing 6th? i'd strongly argue the former is easier, but the outcome is the same (european qualification). coupled with the fact that an entire generation of villa fans have not seen us win a trophy and are sick of seeing manager after manager treating the two domestic cups with contempt. we're not too big for the carabao cup. i'd **** love to get some silverware and i finally feel like we have a manager and a squad to do it. it's also the one thing that shower of shite down the road have over us too and they'd absolutely hate it to happen. i honestly wouldn't mind losing saturday as long as we take tonight seriously. get through it, and there are plenty of easier teams that we can get drawn against. please, please, please unai...i freaking love you man, but don't play a weakened team tonight. emi in goal, diaby and zaniolo in attack, konsa cash and pau at the back. rest a CM or 2 if you really need to...we've at least got decent cover there. duran for watkins possibly. but that's it.
