    Ok let's just give up and concede the season then.

    But we still had some of our best players all season out there like Luiz, Pau, Watkins, McGinn, Bailey, Konsa. Who'd have known they'd all start playing like absolute muck right when we need them to perform.

    We have 8 out they have 9. Us: Ramsey, Martinez, Mings, Buendia, Tielemans, Zaniolo, Kamara, Rogers. Them: March, Ferguson, Lamptey, Lallana, Milner, van Hecke, Hinshelwood, Mitoma, Estupinan. We clearly need Martinez, Tielemans and Zaniolo back to bolster the squad but it cannot excuse that performance today when we got comprehensively outplayed by a team with worse injuries than ourselves.

    Everyone keeps saying this, it's annoying! Every team is tired at the end of the season, every team. Brighton didn't exactly look full of energy today either, both teams were playing at snails pace. Tiredness doesn't explain complete lack of imagination, constantly taking the wrong decisions when we got into the final third, hollywood passes when the easy ball was on, no desire to go and win the game, and basically playing for a point to preserve energy probably for Thursday where we will likely go out anyway.

    We wouldn't have got anything anyway mate, we could have played 180 minutes today and we wouldn't have scored due to our totally inept performance.

    Pathetic stats, really pathetic. A game that if we win we virtually secure top 4 and we perform like that. Against a team: We always beat, even when they are good Who have sh*t loads of injuries, more than us Who have nothing to play for, they ain't getting Europe or going down Who have taken 14 points from their last 15 league games and not won since March I'm sorry but I'm fuming and so should everyone be. Today of all days we put in our worst performance of the season, it's a disgrace and very much a bottle job even if people like to say it's injuries or fatigue.

    Rubbish. Please just let the season end now. We will only get 4th now if spurs let us. This team doesn’t look capable of even reaching 70 points going off today, in fact we’ll be lucky to get another point. We are also not capable of overturning a 2 goal deficit against Olympiakos so rule out winning the Conference either. It’s disgraceful given how far we’ve come to just throw it all away.

    We could still get a point from this if we went for it but we clearly don’t want one.

    This is the third terrible performance in a row. And we’re 1-0 down and still look not bothered about scoring.

    It’s funny, considering where we are in the league and Europe we should be on cloud 9. But the way they’re playing is just so flat and uninspiring. I just want the season to end too.

    Yes but that means starting Cash who sadly isn’t good enough.

    Brighton have more injuries than us and played in Europe too.

    Konsa has been absolutely shocking today and playing himself out of the England squad.

    Imagine if we finish 5th and don’t win the Conference, will be the biggest bottle job I’ve ever seen.

    I don’t care if it’s a pen or not (it wasn’t) we don’t deserve anything today and I’m getting sick and tired of these crap performances.

    Only way I see us scoring is from a set piece or a moment of magic the way we’re playing.

    Sorry but he has to do much better. It’s not just a one off performance either, it happens a lot.

    We get away with it but we’ll still continue to play slow turgid football the rest of the half no doubt.
