90 minutes played for the French u21 side in a 3-0 win over Northern Ireland. Can't hurt to get that game time in. 

20:03 that is impressive. I had a random go at a Park Run about 6 months ago and did it in 29 minutes. I did stop for a walk four times though!

It's all in Nico's hands now as you say. All Lewis can do is apply the pressure by winning and bringing the gap to a point where any mistakes could be punished. Nico is due an engine failure - would like to see that to help even it up a little. 

Big race tomorrow. Hamilton really could do with pipping Rosberg to the win here.

If it's Wagner can we then sign Vagner Love? Then when Vagner Love scores goals, Wagner will love Vagner Love and in turn we will love Wagner and Vagner Love. Or if it all goes tits up they'll be a pair of V/Wagner's!

Warnock would be far better than McClaren I think. He's had some good success at this level and wouldn't take any crap. 

Showing how good he is again when he gets game time. When we get back to the Premier League we should re-sign him. If the doctor has the ambitions he says he does we should have no problem convincing him to sign. Long way to go until that day though it seems.

Every time we get forward Ipswich have plenty behind the ball. I think we have to counter quicker with more intent to bomb forward from the full backs too. It's just too slow and predictable!

I fully expect Kodija to bang in some goals with McCormack creating so many chances. Also if Ayew can be more direct with his passing and pull the trigger earlier I think he can chip in with 10-15 goals as well.  

If we only have two central midfielders (and they are playing) why don't we have Lyden on the bench. I suppose Bacuna "can play there". 

EDIT: just realised Jedinak is on the bench. 

I think moving abroad and not speaking the language (where you've got very little chance of people speaking French too) can have a huge impact on people. I think before signing our next players from abroad we next to take the following into consideration. 

Can they at least speak basic English? 

Do they have somewhere ready to live (not in a hotel)?

Are the rest of their family happy with the move?

I think Lorna McClelland's departure is going to make all of this a bigger challenge. Signing players who are playing in England already gets around most of the issues above and we ought to sign our foreign recruits early into the academy like Arsenal do to give them several years to settle in.

I've walked from Bartons Arms to Villa Park in about 20 mins (not trying to be pedantic) - it's all good for the steps though either way. If you've got a fitbit then that'll go nicely to the 10,000 steps a day.

I still expect our form to be a up and down for a bit given there is an entirely new team (which had to happen!). 

To succeed I think we need to go for the jugular in every game. It will mean more defeats probably but also more wins. Draws don't get you anywhere. 

i just want to see an exciting style of football with pace and a desire to score lots of goals.

I made it 86 appearances for all club games and Engand youth level. Can't help but feel he's wasted his potential. If we had less money in the game he would've gone somewhere and played and who knows could've played week in week out at the top. 

Stuart Taylor signs for Southampton on a one-year deal. According to wikipedia  he has played 15 times since he left us in 2009. Also he's been out of contract for over a year according to Wiki. 

I remember him being a promising keeper for Arsenal way back when. Wonder why he's been happy to be 2rd or 3rd choice for the majority of his career.
