  1. I think Emery and Conte are very similar managers, as far as I've seen, we've also tried the break away same as Conte does with Spurs. I probably think the same, we'll take a different approach into this game. Emery will have us drilled in the Spanish way. Could we start Coutinho maybe? I would like to see him start for once.
  2. Yep exactly, onto Woking away now, NYD.
  3. I went today and thought it wasn’t great. We lost 1-2.
  4. What is your prediction and thinking about tomorrow? I’m hoping the crowd will be good.
  5. Apologises, no i didn’t. It was in lockdown.
  6. Yep you were right. He didn’t last long, he didn’t last long at Villa too.
  7. The thing is for me - I am a Villa fan he’s but it’s 3 hours from me and Aldershot is 20 minutes from me. The only Aldershot I’ve been to this season an away game is Dorking away. Easy journey on the train just changing at Guildford. Aldershot is easy for me, as I ride a motorcycle or I can take a direct bus to the town. I don’t remember beating you guys 4-0.... last Boxing Day it was 1-1 and then Woking away we won 2-3. You just can’t believe there’s lots of non league teams in the area. Farnborough, Woking, Aldershot , Dorking, Farnham Town and Guildford City.
  8. I’m off to Aldershot v Woking at the EBB Stadium for Boxing Day football. It should be on BBC Radio Surrey on the BBC Sport app but Radio Surrey tend to put Aldershot v Woking on DAB and FM anyway. Answering your questing; Yes they were. It went down hill from 2012 onwards and then they entered company liquidation and could’ve gone bankrupt. They had so many years in League 2 but I probably prefer non league because I like the competitiveness. How often do you go to Woking?
  9. Mine is Aldershot Town. Aldershot are my 2nd team after Villa. Saying as an Aldershot fan here, we always beat Woking come Christmas but this season Woking are doing ok. Then there’s Dorking Wanderers.
  10. It’s a winnable game but it’s the FA Cup so what could possibly go wrong at Villa Park.
  11. Phew! Good it’s not Man Utd away again!
  12. In all fairness, I probably wonder if our performance at Forest was not great, but the main thing is we got a point and not lost. Chelsea is a different scenario, We're at home, hopefully a lively crowd and maybe that could get us going. Is it Gerrard's tactics he's getting wrong? The players have had a fall out of the pitch? Who knows... We haven't been a great watch at all but hopefully as the season progresses, we maybe could start picking up a bit. As for the Chelsea game, they've started to pick up which isn't great news for us since they appointed Graham Potter. I think we might put on a (hopefully good) performance on Sunday and in my hope not a very bad one. Personally for me, I'd drop Coutinho and Watkins, Watkins can't seem to find the net and Coutinho is disappointing too with his passing and play in general. I think Ings needs more game time. Cameron Archer I don't think is Premier League ready just yet, he came on against Forest and did ok. I am thinking more if he played against Man City or Arsenal etc he probably won't get a kick. I think this might be a scrappy one so I'm going 1-1. UTV.
  13. 2nd half was better, I think we have spoke. Gerrard you need to go.
  14. Poor touches, not overall a fantastic performance and I maybe think Gerrards time is up.
  15. Going 1-1 and then immediately falling behind. Useless.
  16. We should be 3 down. We look lost at the back. Could get a stuffing here.
  17. Is it me or do we sound quiet in the away end?
