Diaby who i have slight doubts over not huge ones, love seeing fans shocked and surprised by our new range of targets … but i KNEW this was on the horizon because our owners mean serious business more than people probably imagine they want us sitting next to man city and etc.

You may be right there, i think Dendocker leaves though and some will be loaned back out something tells me Iroegunam will not be allowed to go back out on loan.

Knowing Emery he will be going for it this season without a doubt, personally i just think it will take 2 or 3 more players and it’s something we can seriously achieve if the end of last season was anything to go by

Some may have thought this but we may never need to play our best players in the conference league until maybe the knock out/ quarter final stages of the competition, players like duran and iroegbunam and archer can start and id be quite comfortable so really it shouldn’t affect our league ambitions. I wouldn’t expect our star performers to be playing any conference games until next year imo.

Diabys last five matches 0 goals 0 assists he plays as a right forward/winger anyone that we are signing should have at least one of each in five games , not playing down signing him because last year I mentioned signing him more than anyone and a year later im picking everything apart and being fussy as we launch £35m bids i wouldnt pay more than £44m including add ons and i still want us to cover that opposite side of midfield with Gonçalves but my concern here is lack of height with some of these guys.

Oh no i think this must be my last strike hes going to Newcastle probably definitely more than us and i know thats going to be bitter for you to swallow not saying I wouldn’t have him here, i think you know by now i want Nico and João Felix if possible.

Definitely not true and he doesn’t exactly improve us however Pedro Gonçalves does but just dont want us to get fleeced €45m tops

A season or two ago i was screaming out to sign Moussa Diaby fast forward to now and we are formally linked submitting bids and as much as it gives me a buzz i now have concerns or doubts on whether he is actually that good now that could be tied in with a couple of players that came from the Bundesliga with both Sancho and Bailey being the finest examples of flops, his number contributions as far as goals are concerned are pretty low but thats where the likes of @TRO @Philosopher @burchy @useless @maqroll @Delphinho123 tell me where im wrong Dont mind it from these guys i rate there opinions on this chat

Call yourself useless but it should something else, as what you said makes perfect sense and thats how i also see it, but then that begs the question WHAT if Unai is changing his style of play and formation we would play a more wide central midfield advanced position like Ramsey for example which we seen last season and if the reports are true this would indicate that Pedro Gonçalves being the ideal and most logical player for that area is being targeted and gives us a tremendous boost, then we need a upgrade for that SS/RW For Bailey.

When we speak of attacking options many of us have left out Jhon Duran, now just a question do we feel he is not at a level to play for us regularly or do we sometimes forget he exists, i see archer suggested as a option more than him and archer wasnt even with us but personally i think he is quite raw and needs plenty coaching but do you feel he will be loaned out?

If anything the player just joins the squad whilst there already out there but I wouldn’t panic too much we should have one before or whilst we are already out there , I'm predicting it will be the week the boys fly out

Leeds asking for £40m for Adams well not sure whos paying that so guess he stays, £30m would be the max for me.

Yeah i was thinking exactly this, the stats on that is very deceiving, far from a bad player however but watkins appears the much better choice.
