    Think you may be right Ingram85 on the sizes thing. The shirts did look baggy at the launch. They do look much better in these pics - having said that i think last two seasons shirts were better than the new one but its an ok shirt.

    I wouldn't read too much into these things either way as it means **** all. Two years ago Milner was promoting the Newcastle Kit. By the end of August he was an Aston Villa player. Is a good / fair point .

    I actually didn't say anything about Milner. As someone else pointed out he's still on leave. Was merely saying the fact that Heskey is still be using in promotion pics for new kits on official site suggests that Heskey might not be about to leave (or go to Celtic) anytime soon.

    Have to say they're not the best. The chequers don't bother me but the sponsors logo and their slogan text on it look bit crap. Don't get why the red on the black instead of white either. Goalkeepers top? LOL - poor Freidel. Last couple of seasons shirts were much much better. Why do Nike never give us a collar?

    are FxPro going to include their shite slogan then? Because that mock up looks so awful and so does evry mock up with that obligatory FxPro crap slogan / moto . If anything like that officially does happen i really think Villa shirt sales will actually struggle.

    Dnno how we drew that. Awful at delivering crosses from the wings and nothing through the middle , doesnt change it when playing awful. Draw really just papered over same glaringly obvious problems and really flattered us. Plus what has happened to our defense on crosses this year?

    Played well enough ...tired towards end as usual. Never felt like we were going to score tho. Needing a goal and bringing on Heskey says it all.

    Before season started thought we'd finish 6th. Like few others bit worried might end up finishing 8th - which to be honest just aint good enough no matter what way youd look at it . Altho Everton did draw against a certain Wolves today...

    Terrible example on so many levels i don't even know where to start. Bobby Robson actually did get Newcastle playing in the champions league. Bobby Robson actually liked progressive and attacking football.

    Decent assessment. I think we might see Carlton Cole here for around £12-14 Million. Carlton Cole? no thanks. I know he's not quite the same player as he was with us but even so - no!
