We draw at home to Chelsea and Spurs beat them away? I mean, it could happen, and Spurs could only lose one more game, but I don't see that myself.

What superb news. Just brilliant and will give the lads an extra boost going into the final games - they all want to play for him.

He'll stay while we're pushing on. At the very least a couple more years IMO. Don't forget Monchi has relatively just arrived and we've only bought Rogers and a couple of other kids in that time. Despite PSR etc, I couldn't be more excited about who might come in over the summer and where we might be this time next year. Emery ain't going to bail before they've even got going together.

Would be nice to finish on 2ppg! 10 from 4 - don't see why not. Think 4th is as good as done now (opta has us up to 80.7% chance) - I just can't see Unai letting it slip. The confidence and momentum is with us throughout the squad - they believe.

They have talent, but are a nothing team. Shut down Palmer, bully Enzo & Mudryk and they'll break. Watkins, Bailey, Rogers will terrorise their defense.

Look at the bench today and that even after extra time mid-week, Emery couldn't make changes until 80+ minutes. We definitely need all the bodies back to compete long term. What we're achieving now is a miracle.

The squad is beginning to look really thin, esp if Zanilolo is out as well. Need to lift themselves for a big effort on Sunday, then a well earned week off.

Big Emi - amazing. Matty & Leon - superb. And shout out to Ollie nailing that pen with the pressure of waiting and his dodgy history. That was truly excellent. Straightforward semi please. I can't take that again. PS - proof I think that this is not a 3rd rate trophy. It really means something.

Some amazing brutalist stuff around though - you can have both that and older stuff working together. eg National Theatre/South Bank, Barbican etc. On topic - we really need to watch the cards tonight. Don't need anyone being banned for the semis (if we get there).

Nice. Strong lineup with Bailey and Rogers to come if needed. If we get a decent lead could give the kids a run out.

Seems to be working (currently) sans VPN. After something about garlic, asparagus and artichokes they are in full on preview mode with a previous manager and talking about Villa fans without tickets in the fan zone. My 35years in the past a-level french is struggling to manage more than a surface understanding. Let's hope they don't move on to low-block transitions.

I reckon anything over 70 will be plenty. Spurs not likely to get more. But as everyone says, important to get those on the board sooner rather than later.

Winning a european trophy would be amazing. Getting 4th in the PL would be amazing. Both would/will be fan-bleeding-tastic. What a season we are having to even be able to have this debate.

I have to say I've not really been that interested in CL before the final before, but the coefficient thing is rustling my jimmies.

City and Arsenal are level in their ties. We are ahead in ours. West Ham were always unlikely to progress. Liverpool is the only really bad result and I wouldn't write them off completely yet. Glass is half full this season.
