He should have been offered a contract till the end of the season with an option to 1 yr extend if he either narrowly missed out on promotion (by bad luck or something) or indeed got us up. The extension would also garantee him the rest of the 1yr sum if he failed that extension year to meet the clubs targets That would have been fair then you missed my point The cost of „sack one - sack all“ would take us over ffp yeah 4 promotions, british, media friends....etc how much will it cost to replace them? tweak it with how much to spend? I believe we spent 30+mill on those types We are F***ed it only time that keeps it away from being apparent

to meIt looks like Bruce is massing his way to being unsackable. All the time he‘s on a 1yr rolling contract, however good or bad he does, he‘ll always get a payoff. Wyness & Round targeted him so they are standing by him. All Bruce has to do is keep „the possibility of promotion within reach“ for them to keep backing him and blind Tony with the „we are experienced guys, we know what we are doing“ mantra. When they fail at this job, they are all done in football at PL & Ch level. When they‘ve all been shipped out, what will we have left? 1 - An owner with his hands tied by ffp (regardless if anyone thinks he has money or not) 2 - no staff or players to even maintain a status quo 3 - a half empty stadium of disillusioned fans DrT would only get a percentage amount of Capital Assets value, because, no-one would have the money or dream to take us on In the meantime all we have is Shit Bruce-Ball as our spectacle
