You like Arsenal and think Guardiola is charming? Wtf?

Can't stand Arsenal and Guardiola (I won't use his pet name) is 1st grade ****.

Let’s just hate anyone and anything that isn’t Villa eh?

  2. Like what Arsenal are doing and they seem to finally have a bit of backbone in them. Right now they are probably my favourites for the title. Arteta really is carving out a horrible image for himself though. He’s like Pep without any of the charm.

I thought the Maupay one was an absolute stonewall penalty. I am amazed it wasn't given and would be livid if it was the other way around.

However they should have been down to 10 men even before the foul on Bailey l, which was also a clear red, so he can bugger off.

It doesn't take these tinpot clubs long to start getting ideas above their station.

No chance is that a stonewall pen. Yeah it could have been given but he’s definitely looking for the contact. The bigger issue is that the decision is almost certainly swayed by who the two teams are and the two players involved which can’t be right.

Prior to starting this Keto lark I was eating shit loads, now I can fast for a whole day with no problem at all, I don't even register it because I'm just not hungry, by the second or third day of eating very little the hunger kicks in but even then it isn't like I'm sitting there thinking I'm absolutely starving and need to stuff my face, its just more of a "well, I suppose its time to eat something"

I didn't ever think I would get to the point where I was eating so little but here we are, I probably average about 1700/1900 cals a day.

Also I was off work last week and slacked a bit with the gym so bang on 5pm I'll be getting back in there. going to try and motivate myself to get up there 4 times this week.

    Fair play mate, very inspirational.

I'm just coming up to 5 weeks of Keto myself as i mentioned earlier in this thread, not been 100% on it but still dropped around 8-10 pounds which i'm happy with as i can enjoy Christmas and have a head start come 1st Jan when i get back on the wagon.

I found the same with Keto that you don't realise how much the sugar and carb highs and lows dictate your hunger, its quite freeing when you take that away.

He's an artist. Not perfect all the time, but perfect for us.

I wouldn't swap him for any other defender. Not even van Dijk.

He has a few flaws in his game but we certainly aren't going to do any better even with a hundred million to spend. He's the perfect fit for the way we play now.

  6. A real quality second striker would be top of my list. I appreicate Watkins is crucial to the way we play but there are certain games where he's totally ineffective. Not certain if that is the opposition teams tactics nullifying him or certain defenders just know how to handle him but a quality sub or bit of rotation would be great.

Maybe a right back, Wan-Bissaka i think would totally suit out style of play.

Just watched this and his MH370 film

really good work and lays everything out clearly and pretty much puts most of the conspiracies to bed

    It’s an excellent channel imo.

Jack the ripper video is very good aswell.

  8. There’s a very good summary on YouTube of the JFK incident by Lemmino if anyone is interested.

My takeaway from that video was how varied the witness statements were after the fact which gave rise to a lot of different theories about what happened because there was a lot of contradictory statements.

That's because the races are so boring but they seem more interested in adding gimmicks than fixing that obvious problem. The press Triangle to overtake the car in front of you button on the steering wheel was their last "brilliant" idea to make racing more exciting. Maybe bring back kerbs that aren't flat, run off areas that aren't tarmac and re-fuelling. That might be a start.

Some form of Refuelling would solve a lot of the problems imo. Its the only strategic element they can add or bring back that isn't artificially influencing the races.

  10. Going to be a very interesting game to watch. Both of us playing very high lines, be interesting to see how that works against a team playing the same way. Could be like a basketball game.

With our away record cant see us winning this but its a great time to play them just as the bubble has burst slightly and they have key players out.

I was looking forward to seeing us trying konsa, mings, torres, moreno before the injuries set in.

The only way i would want all 3 of them playing is in a 3-5-2 with Cash and Moreno as wing backs but we would probably give away too much in the midfield then.

I've started doing Keto from Saturday, just to get a bit healthier and probably need to lose a stone. Is there a come down from carbs, cause I feel rotton and have no energy. I have read this can last for up to 2 weeks from starting on Keto, anyone else experience this.

You get the keto flu on day 5-7, in my experience it only last a couple of days and that’s when you enter ketosis and start to feel great. If anything you’ll have too much energy at times, not being able to get to sleep and waking up at 5am for example.

After a couple of weeks you realize how much your hunger is dictated by the ups and downs of sugar and carbs, you start to eat because you need to not because of food cravings, it’s quite a strange feeling.

Ive just started day 1 of keto again myself. Gonna do 5-6 weeks then indulge over Christmas.
