    Well Spurs did just play two London derbies in a row and are probably going to care more about those matches then playing a relegated Portsmouth team.

    Why can't we get a fair referee for a change? Probert is a disgrace. Still we've opened up Pompey's defence enough to score some and we haven't. I hope MON gives them a good talking.

    We are doing everything but score, defence seem to have woken up a bit more. Shocking decision for Pompey's goal as Gabby was clearly fouled, Probert misses one clear stone wall penalty and awards another which Carew smashes and James saves.

    I've always had a soft spot for Everton, similar club to us with some good young English talent, British manager making the best of a decent budget who they've stuck with over the years. Plus my step dad used to be involved in the Everton supporters club. I don't think you can begrudge Moyes taking credit for some bargain signings either.

    I just think Downing lacks confidence in his game, he needs a good pre-season in the summer.

    I swear referees must be like fraternity brothers or something. You criticize one it's an attack on all of them. I'm sure the game after the CC final we had a bad referee it just seems whenever we the club are critical of a match referee, others seem to take it out upon themselves to punish us by being biased/inept [insert appropriate term here]
