We can't change the midfield every game.

You need a settled midfield. One of the key ingridient to successful teams.

    Not true at all.

Look at Liverpool and City of the last few years. They play the lineup to give them the best tactical edge. It often requires a couple of changes week to week. I'm not suggesting we change the entire midfield every game.

  2. Depends on the opposition.

Ramsey, Nakamba and McGinn were superb against Leeds, but madness that same midfield 3 started against a completely different opposition with an entirely different way of playing.

Players make many, many more mistakes that cost teams points - it’s utterly ridiculous to attribute that to refereeing decisions.

People question referees all the time. They shouldn’t come out and talk about things the same way players don’t need to come out and talk about every mistimed tackle or poor offside run.

Players and referees definitely don't do the same job. But I couldn't really disagree with you any more so a pretty pointless debate between us when we see it so different.

  4. Yep, desperate need for a number 10 this summer. We go behind and just struggle to break teams down, this goes for when Jack is playing too. Another good player in that kind of area would take pressure off him a bit and hopefully give is a few more cutting passes.

Completely disagree r.e: the protection.  They SHOULD be over protected if anything.

Referees do not cost clubs millions and millions - that's a ludicrous statement (although, for Bournemouth... perhaps).

Protecting to the point where nobody can talk to them, nobody can talk about them, nobody can question them... that's overprotected and part of the reason why the standard of officiating is so awful.

Referees make mistakes which cost teams points. Costing team points costs league position. Costing league position costs millions (per position).

he cant save it, it has too many problems, will probably watch it out of curiosity though, saw the original once and thought it was garbage (but still better than batman vs superman)

i dont even like the look and sound of it, the cinematography doesn't work for me and again not as bad as BvsS but the sound was bad

i saw the trailer and thought the colour palette used whilst hallelujah gets murdered and we see the joker in shoe horned in to it via a dream sequence...not a **** chance will it be better

I found BvS a bad, mildly entertaining, film. I thought Justice League committed the worst film crime in being boring as well as awful. I would rather watch BvS 100 times before I watch Justice League once more.

I'm sure the Snyder version can't be any worse than the theatrical release, it's probably not possible, but I have no desire to hunt it down.

I think if a ref was wearing a mic, I think pretty soon players would stop the abuse.

I think so too. They get too much abuse, but I also think they act like Representatives for Wellingborough on the pitch. The complete refusal to talk to any players or explain a decision half the time is shocking, and it's no wonder players feel like they're being completely cheated.

Plenty of people in the World do difficult jobs, and you know what? They're held accountable for their mistakes. Premier League referees cost clubs millions and millions, but aren't held accountable by anyone. Nobody can talk about it or they get a fine. They're way over protected.

Deano has achieved more in his time here than Bielsa in his time at Leeds! Fact

This is something oft ignored by Leeds fans. Whenever it's mentioned that we're above them, having games in hand, etc. the common retort is "We're newly promoted, we're doing better than you in your first season". As if it's somehow our fault they bottled promotion in Bielsa's first year and Deano didn't.

Hi mate. Good to see you back

You won't have any joy with another lender but you should be able to switch product with you current lender. I've done this twice with Nationwide online and never had to speak to anyone and took no more than 2 mins.

    Thanks mate.

That's great to hear, particularly as I am with Nationwide.

  10. My initial mortgage interest rate was for 2 years (ends July this year). Seeing as I'm unemployed, does that mean that 1) I can't get a better mortgage rate elsewhere, 2) My current one will just roll over at a default, higher, rate or 3) I'm **** and won't get one from my current lender or elsewhere?

Had a listen to the Lads to Leeds one out of curiosity. Absolutely embarrassing. Aside from all the whinging about our apparent shithousery (which again sounds more to me that can't accept the fact that we managed to counter their style of play), the thing that made me laugh the most was them saying that the way Llorente acted "isn't Leeds". You're kidding, right? To echo the clip posted above, stones/glass houses comes to mind.

    So lacking in self awareness.

Someone suggested it's the "continental thing" on twitter, as if it's only the foreigners. The Kalvin Phillips dive is the worst one!

Neal Maupay, Brighton would be top 8 team with a half decent striker.

He is a prick as well

He was going to be my post. Dreadful striker, easily one of the worst in the league.

They really would be where we are if they had any bang average striker up front.

  13. It's fine now when you caveat everything doing with "...a new promoted team". But next season, and the season after, when it's still the same old stuff I don't imagine we'll see as much praise - especially if money is being spent.

He's a bit different, but his record since coming to Europe shows he's just not very good. His time at Leeds is more the exception to the rule than anything else, and he'll revert to type.

I'm no expert but it'll be interesting to see how Kyrie, KD & Harden go sharing one ball.

Their defence already sucked and they just traded away Jarrett Allen as part of the deal. Got a lot of time to work it out (and get Harden into shape) but lots of 150-145 games coming?

I think for the most part the team defense has been 'okay', it's definitely improved and we have KD to come back.

I think it's already proven that it can work, we've beaten up some of the leagues better teams, all without KD and for all his critics Kyrie has been completely unselfish (as has Harden). I don't know if we have enough to win it all due to lack of interior defense, which will be a problem against Philly/Lakers potentially, but at the same time - do you bet on a team outscoring us 4 times in 7 games? I'm not sure you do.
