They are two of the better weapons. If you are expecting mw2 style weapons later you are going to be disappointed. M16 is great at mid to long range, up close it sucks though because you generally need two bursts to kill with it. MP5K is the opposite, great hip firing at short distances but sucks at range. Choose the weapon best suited to the map and you'll be fine. Besides you'll soon be able to buy the Enfield which is a great gun. I tend to suppress most of the assault rifles as it seems to help with the recoil.

I think the maps look fine, but some of the animations and particularly the menus etc look like they've taken a step back. Treyarch for you I guess. Some of the maps are real campfests too- WMD being the worst. After saying that it's so nice to feel like you're winning fights on skill rather than ability to use noobtubes and it feels like a more tactical game rather than one based on who has the better reactions. A couple of other things I've noticed: the galil silenced is great, claymores are virtually unavoidable and therefore hacker is the best 3rd perk in my opinion. Seems like most people just use tactical mask which is a shame as I like using the nova gas just as something different from the vanilla flashbangs.

Typical Villa, put 11 players behind the ball from 60 minutes onwards and encourage the other team onto us. As soon as the freekick was given you knew they'd score.

As per usual we sit back, concede possession and invite the other team onto us. So frustrating.

Good to hear, although I hope he's introduced into the team slowly. I think sometimes fan expect consistently brilliant performances from young players forgetting how inexperienced they are at this level. Looking forward to seeing more from Bannan. Has anyone said choinks! yet?
