    One of our main problems at the moment seems to be how regularly attacks break down in our final third. Hopefully it gets sorted because with Diaby finding some form we could really cause some problems. That said we're probably a bit top heavy out of necessity and when McGinn comes back in I expect one of Diaby or Rogers will drop back to the bench. It was a pretty competent refereeing performance I thought, made even more bearable by the complete lack of VAR interference. Good win though, and I thought Emery had a really good game - each one of his subs had the desired effect.

    Moreno is a bit of a one-trick pony these days, and if he can't beat his man into the box he offers us very little. People being a little too critical of Rogers I think. His carry through the middle is causing them all sorts. Just needs to time that final ball better.

    There was one passage in the second half yesterday where Tielemans was pondering on the ball too long on the edge of our box and was tamely dispossessed, then sprinted down the other end and retrieved the ball brilliantly near the edge of their box. Pretty much sums up his game - equal parts sublime and ridiculous

    Happily take those two overruled goals. Second game in a row we should have had an early penalty and VAR has inexplicably failed to intervene. At 1-0 to us it's potentially a much different outcome. I gave motm to Cash, who really drive us forward and crucially gave Bailey and Diaby scope to make space for themselves. Incredible block too Playing Konsa at RB is not working. He's out best defender - he needs to be there at RCB defending.

    Just taking way too long to move the ball, especially in attack. That last play by Bailey the perfect example. Had about three passes on but decided to hold it up until he had none.
